Supporters shared a video purporting to show Lt. Muath al-Kaseasbeh dressed in an orange jumpsuit standing in a cage, before being burned alive.
The authenticity of the footage could not be confirmed.
Al-Kaseasbeh was a member of a prominent family in Jordan. He was taken captive by the Islamic State group after his plane was shot down over Syria in December. Later that month, the extremist group released what it said was an interview with the captured pilot in its online magazine.
Last week, Islamic State group militants publicly threatened to kill al-Kaseasbeh, alongside Japanese journalist Kenji Goto, unless Jordan released a female suicide bomber held on death row since 2006. Sajida al-Rishawi was sentenced to death by a Jordanian court following her role in the deadly 2005 attack on Amman’s Radisson SAS Hotel. Jordan had indicated throughout the week that it was willing to release al-Rishawi, but the government in Amman insisted on receiving proof that al-Kaseasbeh was alive.
On Saturday, the Islamic State released released a video that appeared to show Goto's beheading. He had been held by the militants since the fall. (Source)

Jordanian Pilot Muath al-Kaseasbeh Burned Alive by Islamic State (ISIS)
ISIS has executed Jordanian Pilot Muath al-Kaseasbeh, by burning him alive. Our leaders and the media will once again respond by defending Islam from criticism. There are no words for this level of madness (and I'm referring to the madness of politicians and the media, not the madness of ISIS).

One plea: the word “execute” is appropriate for state-ordered death after due judicial process. This killing was a murder.

This time it came burning alive a young 26 years old Jordanian Pilot by soldiers of Allah ISIS also Sunni. Look what Quran says about punishment of hypocrites and unbelievers. Qur’an 8:12— Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): “I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them.”
2) Qur’an 9:73—O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be unyielding to them; and their abode is hell, and evil is the destination.”
3) The Quran is scientific marvelous fulfilling evils’ prophesy even 1,400 years after death of Muhammad. The Quran has power of devil. There is no doubt about it.
4) ISIS un-yielded to tearful plea of pilot’s mother to set him free. According to Quran the pilot is hypocrite. But to us, freedom loving 6 billion people of the world, he is hero. He died fighting against evil power came out of Quran. May his soul rest in peace!
5) “Live by the sword, die by the sword" is a saying derived from a saying of Jesus, quoted in the Bible, to the effect that if you use violence, or other harsh means, against other people, you can expect to have those same means used against you; "You can expect to become a victim of whatever means you use to get what you want." In other word what goes up must fall back. Unless Islam is eradicated from the face of the earth, PEACE is distance commodity for Muslims.
Since Muhammad introduced Caliphate with Islamic laws in sixth centuries Muslims are killing Muslims. It is nothing new. Since then, all Muslim countries are burning and fighting each other. More innocent Muslims have been killed by quranic teaching than non-Muslims. Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq and all Islamic states are example.
It is sad educated Muslims like Osama Abdallah, still believe Muhammad is the man they need for their life in this world and still they pray for peace upon Muhammad, but still Muslims do not see peace among themselves. I heard a radio commentator stating that this incident could possibly incite other "Muslims" to condemn ISIS over what they said was a violation of the Quran due to his being burned. Is there anything in the Quran along those lines?

Our newscasters and politicians tell us islam is a religion of peace and burning people alive is not islamic but the islamic sources tell us otherwise. By reading the
Quoran the holy scripture of islam , the hadiths, the sunna meaning the deeds and the sayings of prophet muhammad and the sira rassulallah (biography of muhammad) one could easily conclude that islam is nothing but a violent religion that promotes violence against women (Quran 4:34) sex with prepubescent girls( Quran 65:4) polygamy ( Quran 4:1-3). killing the unbelievers (Quan 47:1-4, ) strike off their necks and cut their finger-tips off (8:10-12). Fight the pagans until you i,e. muslims kill them or they repent( 9:15) fight and subjugate jews and christians for their belief until they i,e. jews and christians pay muslims as a sign of humiliation and degradation. non-muslims are impure and jews and christians are worst than animals( 9:27-28, and 98:6).
In Quran 33:21 since allah the god of islam cannot enter creation to show himself up to muslim , he places the prophet Muhammad on earth so muslims can emulate him. In christianity when a christian faces with a difficult situation the question is often "what would Jesus do?" but for a muslim the question is " what did muhammad do?"

While Muhammad the prophet never burnt people alive but he did at one time threatened to burn people who did not show up for prayer . Don't believe me , here is the sources:

Ali burnt some people and this news reached Ibn 'Abbas, who said, "Had I been in his place I would not have burnt them, as the Prophet said, 'Don't punish (anybody) with Allah's Punishment.' No doubt, I would have killed them, for the Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' "
So, what ISIS did to the jordanian pilot is nothing but islamic.
I pray for Moath al-Kasasbeh and for his family, and for the psychopaths who tortured him to death.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent us on an expedition and said to us, "If you find so- and-so (he named two persons belonging to the Quraish) commit them to the fire." When we were on the verge of departure, he said to us, "I ordered you to burn so-and-so, but it is Allah Alone Who punishes with the fire. So if you find them put them to death."

Bob Morane, you're absolutely right. If the Muslims are only criticising ISIS because they burned Muath instead of beheading him (in reference to Bill's question), then that's not much better too.
Let's not entice Osama anymore. He is happy closing his eyes to remain ignorant. WHEN he replies there will be numerous links to pointless websites, no scholarly source to back up his arguments and numerous insults to you because he cannot express he's irritation in any other way. In fact, face to face I bet he would likely brawl with some of us on here, just to prove Islam teaches peace and tolerance.
