Texas Muslim Ali Mahwood-Awad Irsan Arrested for Killing Christian Convert Gelareh Bagherzadeh

Gelareh Bagherzadeh was an Iranian activist who believed that, in America, she was free to criticize Islam's view of women. Her freedom was taken away in 2012 after she told the daughter of Texas Muslim Ali Mahwood-Awad Irsan that she was free to marry whomever she wishes in America.

Times are changing, my friends.

New York Daily News—A Texas man was indicted for the killing of a medical student and outspoken Iranian activist whom he allegedly blamed for influencing his daughter to marry without his permission.

Ali Mahwood-Awad Irsan, 56, was being held in federal custody after a grand jury indicted him Thursday for shooting Gelareh Bagherzadeh, 30, outside her parents’ Galleria townhouse in January 2012, authorities said.

It was not immediately clear what charges Irsan — of Conroe, located about 40 miles north of Houston — faced.

Investigators did not reveal a motive for the killing, but those close to Bagherzadeh told the Houston Chronicle that Irsan, a devout Muslim, suspected the Christian convert had influenced his daughter, Nesreen, to drift apart from her family.

Irsan was allegedly angry that his Jordanian-American daughter married 28-year-old Coty Beavers without his approval.

“He had a very fundamentalist interpretation of Islam and believed that (Nesreen) was supposed to marry a guy that he chooses,” Beavers’ twin brother, Cody, told the paper.

And 11 months after Bagherzadeh — a molecular genetic technology student at the University of Texas — was killed, Coty Beavers was shot and killed inside the Harris County apartment that he shared with his wife.

No arrests had been made in that killing, but relatives say they suspect the two deaths were connected.

“My brother told lots of people that if he was ever murdered, it’s Ali Irsan,” the brother said. “He was pretty worried about it.” (Continue Reading.)

When will the west wake up and confront the false religion called islam I dare to say that it is even safer to live in Russia these days than in America and elsewhere in Europe. The liberals and their errand boys....CNN and the likes are slowly destroying our way of life in the name of political correctness. Enough is enough! we will no longer remain silent in the face of evil.

"He had a fundamentalist view of Islam..." Am I right to understand this as being... The fundamentals of Islam teaches such nonsense? So if the FUNDAMENTALS of Islam teaches this, then it means this is what
Islam was built on, because that's what "fundamentals" mean right? The basics. The sound of mosques blasting out Muslim prayers and the halal stamp on restaurants now make my skin crawl.

In Texas, usually the death penalty is handed out for murderers.
