Zakir Hussain got annihilated by Dr James White. You would think MDI would have gotten a seasoned veteran to defend their position against a juggernaut such as Dr White. Glory to GOD that He has chosen to impart His truth onto us. GOD is definitely using Dr White & others like him to reveal His truth to those within the Islamic community. ALL glory belongs to Him.

For His Glory!!!

Very nicely done, and very amusing to see the "administrator of the mosque" come to the rescue of the muslims apologist and and call the debate to an early end and send everyone on their way without letting the Christian and Muslims in the crowd, have the question and answer section of the debate.

Yet again, They would rather spew thier nonsense without proving any factual or historical evidence and then run away from the issue at hand.

Thank God for raising men like Dr. James White. I pray that God would use him mightly for His glory among moslems and that He would protect him from all evil. I also hope that moslems who heard the debate would go home and think what was said. If they really would use any common sense they will see that there are no prophesies about Mohammad in the Bible. Christ is the only way to salvation. All honor and glory be to our Lord, Savior and our redeemer Jesus Christ.

Fernando- go to David's debate page and under Christian topics you will find a debate between James White and Nadir Ahmed on whether the New Testament is reliable. Watch the whole thing with special attention on the back and fourth at the end. It was easily the worst debate performance...ever! I am not saying this because I disagree with Nadir. It was brutal but extremely funny. Although I think James White was seriously annoyed...

Fernando,

In answer to your question:
Nadir Ahmed is a reknowned Muslim apologist,whose intellectual rigour and towering genius is more than a match for the likes of Dr James White. :)

Bob,

I agree with your comment re the mosque administrator. I would just like to note that the East London Mosque has a somewhat chequered past in respect of the various imans they have hosted over the last couple of years, including live video link-ups to such 'moderates' as the late al-Awalaki.

As for the debate itself, I think it could comfortably be described as a rout.
Hopefully this Zakir fella has learned his lesson. It's never a good idea to lecture either your audience or your opponent before the debate has even begun. LOL.

Gabriella please tell me you're kidding. The closing argument portion I'd a debate is NOT the time to clear up rumors about whether or not you practice legal prostitution. :)

Excellent debate. Well done Dr White.
God bless you.
Muslims are not logical. Just show us the Christians the sources that muhammad was referring inside Jewish tanakh and the bible text at that time where he is claimed to be referred to. If there were evidence surely the Christians from Najran would have instantly converted as do we today.
What nonsense about Muhammad in our scriptures. Not logical.

Good debate. James White did a great job.
Muslims always come up with the same, all made-up by the great late clown Ahmad Deedat. No muslimscolar during 1400 years ever find any prophecy about Muhammad in te bible untill Ahmad Deedat came along. This clown knews more about his prophet in the bible then his prophet. The funny thing about Muhammadim is always when i debate with muslims about muhammadim is that Song of Solomon described Muhammad as ''lovesick'' and as a guy who loved alcohol. Yes, Muhammadim loves wine as you can read in chapter 5:1.....5 “I have come into my garden, O my sister, [my] bride. I have plucked my myrrh along with my spice. I have eaten my honeycomb along with my honey; I have drunk my wine along with my milk.”

Yes, Muhammad was a alcoholic...

The question that most of us ask now had also arised before during the time of Muhammad s.a.w; preaching the words of God onto Arabia. Was Muhammad mentioned? This was the question by inhabitants of Arabia towards Jews that embraced Islam. And if we refer to the claim by past Jewish converts, they had quote verses from Isaiah 42.

And if we look at the passages in Isaiah. God address His chosen servants with their names, and so in the prophecise verse we see God mention clearly the prophet's name. Some examples of God mentioning His servant.
(My Servant Isaiah, My Servant Eliakim, David My Servant, Jacob My Servant, ;My Servant Israel, and so in Isaiah 42:1 , God specifically mention My Servant Ahmad)

~~~
The prophecy tells about Ahmad; 'Servant of God' whom will war to correct the wrongs and bringing judgement based on the law of God. He will liberate act of worshiping molten images and thus Arabia (wilderness desert, villages and cities) will glorify God since then. As can be seen today, inhabitants of Arabia are worshiping,praising God and singing words of God daily.
And we continue reading Isaiah 42:18 - 25; God remind the 'blind and deaf' about the wrath of God towards Children of Israel, who neglect the message brought by past Servant of God.
And not to repeat; the same mistake upon the coming of the new Servant of God,
~~~

In Isaiah 42:1, it is deemed not a coincidence upon seeing the writing of both אתמך (Atmc) אחמד (Ahmd). And the word before אתמך (Atmc), is עבדי (Abedi~My Servant). For indeed, it is indicating Ahmad; Abedallah (Ahmad; Servant of God).

Not to mention אתמך (Atmc) is a special term foretelling the coming of a righteous man and is used only ONCE throughout the entire Book. [could this be a copying error or an intended error?]

Children of Israel have been foretold upon the coming of Ahmad but sadly, only a few accepts.
