Dearborn Imam Hassan al-Qazwini Calls on U.S. Government to Enforce Sharia Blasphemy Laws

Hassan al-Qazwini is the Imam at the Islamic Center of America, the country's largest mosque. He is calling on the U.S. government to respond to criticism of Muhammad with more than words. But the only way the U.S. government can issue more than a mere verbal response to criticism of Muhammad is to take away the First Amendment Free Speech rights of Islam's critics. And that's exactly what Imam al-Qazwini wants the government to do.

Some of us have spent years telling people that certain leaders in Dearborn are trying take away basic Constitutional rights from U.S. citizens. And the media almost universally condemn us as racist, Islamophobic bigots for daring to question what goes on in Dearborn. And here we see Dearborn's true colors being displayed. Ironically enough, the following report was written by Niraj Warikoo, one of the most vocal critics of anyone who dares question Dearborn's pro-Sharia policies.

Of course, Imam al-Qazwini is careful to condemn violence over criticism of Muhammad. But that only helps us to draw a new distinction between the terms "Radical Muslim" and "Moderate Muslim." A radical Muslim is one who wants to take away your First Amendment rights through violence and terrorism. A moderate Muslim is one who wants to take away your First Amendment rights without violence and terrorism. Here someone may object, "But what about Muslims who don't want to take away your First Amendment rights at all?" Well, if they don't believe in Muhammad's commands, how "Muslim" are they?

DETROIT FREE PRESS--As anger flared across the Muslim world Friday over an anti-Islam video from the U.S., the religious leader of Michigan's largest mosque slammed Islamic extremists for attacking U.S. embassies and urged Muslims not to react violently to attacks on their prophet.

And he urged the U.S. to do more to stop the people behind the video and those who are promoting it.

"Somehow, they should be stopped," said Imam Hassan Al-Qazwini of the Islamic Center of America in Dearborn. "The U.S. response should be much more stronger than verbal condemnation."

Al-Qazwini attended the annual Eid dinner Thursday night at the State Department in Washington with Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, who spoke about the attacks on U.S. facilities that resulted in four deaths in Libya.

Clinton said the violence was not justified, a view that was echoed by Al-Qazwini. He said Islam teaches that ambassadors and other guests should always be welcomed.

"This is not what Islam preaches," Al-Qazwini said of the fatal attacks. "There is no way we can tolerate killing."

At the same time, he said we can't "sit and watch" as the anti-Islam video is promoted.

"We can do more to stop inciting violence," he said. Allowing the movie has "broader ramifications for our troops, diplomats and Americans abroad."

The filmmaker and those who support the movie, such as Quran-burning Pastor Terry Jones of Florida, "have blood on their hands," he said. (Continue Reading.)

The article taken from the Detroit media website does everything it can to point out how Islamists are not violent, that Islam does not teach violence and ignores the what happened at the embassy in Lybia is an isolated event. It is put forth as an Al-Qaeda action. Yet, all people have to do is spend 30 minutes on Google to view the violence Islam is inciting around the globe.

The federal prosecutor needs to receive massive emails, calls, and letters demanding that this imam be prosecuted for sedition. He is calling for violent (criminal) enforcement of Shariah law and the subversion of U.S. law.

From http://www.redstate.com/robtaylor/2012/09/15/its-long-past-time-we-had-an-honest-conversation-about-islam/

No other religion or cultural group reacts with such uniform and savage violence to even mild criticism. No group demands the right to insult, demean and destroy other cultures without consequence the way the Muslim world does. Let’s pretend for a minute that the Islam apologists are right and that this current madness was all caused by a YouTube video. Why would we accept that kind of behavior from Muslims?

Arab Muslim television and media routinely depict Jews drinking the blood of children and stealing their organs. Have Jews taken to the streets worldwide to besiege the embassies of Muslim countries and murder their diplomats?

In 2002 Muslims fleeing IDF forces shot their way into the Church of the Nativity, where Christians believe Jesus Christ was actually born. The Muslims urinated and defecated in the church, used Christian holy books as toilet paper and stole sacramental equipment. I don’t recall seeing Christians go on bloody rampages after the desecration of one of their most holy shrines.

When the Taliban destroyed cliff-side statues of the Buddha that were over 1,700 years old I didn’t see Buddhists murdering Muslims in retaliation.
-----------------

But of course, this has nothing to do with Islam! It's just a coincidence.

Can any one tell me how many Muslims in USA ? What their education standards in USA ?
I see many Muslims comes from Middle east n join in colleges for study,, but they dont go to school, what they do is big question ? Lot Immigration candidates who got permanent residence status mostly involves working for immigration of Islam.
If the population is increasing like present status,,, North America becomes like Middle east...

Allowing the movie has "broader ramifications for our troops, diplomats and Americans abroad." - Imam al-Qazwini
What a retard. American and Aussie troops are constantly getting murdered by so called allies, even when we act like dhimmis. Will we notice the difference?

Al-Qazwini says he cannot stand aside and watch this movie be promoted. In fact few would have heard of this film if the Muslims had not raised such a fuss. If he wants to know who is promoting this film, he should look in a mirror.

Would be nice to know if Mr. Obama is even eligible to be POTUS since we seem to have more evidence he is not compared to anything that he is from him sealing all of his records.
Supporting groups that are against the United States as this administration has done falls into a different area:
~ A: Treason
Oran's Dictionary of the Law (1983) defines treason as "...[a]...citizen's actions to help a foreign government overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation]." In many nations, it is also often considered
treason to attempt or conspire to overthrow the government, even if no foreign country is aided or involved by such an endeavor.
Dictionary Definition of TREASON
1: the betrayal of a trust : treachery
2: the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign's family
Examples of TREASON
He is guilty of treason.

Origin of TREASON
Middle English tresoun, from Anglo-French traisun, from Latin tradition-, traditio act of handing over, from tradere to hand over, betray — more at traitor
First Known Use: 13th century
~ B: Sedition [si-dish-uhn] noun
1. incitement of discontent or rebellion against a government.
2. any action, especially in speech or writing, promoting such discontent or rebellion.
3. Archaic . rebellious disorder
The lies just keep on rolling in from the Democrats.
Why is Mr. Obama even running again when he said he would cut the debt in half his first term and has done nothing but make everything worse with his administrations failed policies.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SaQUU2ZL6D8
Look at the definitions of Treason and Sedition and then apply them to Imam Hassan al-Qazwini or any follower of Islam leader and what they have to say about their plans and goals for Western countries.

"We can do more to stop inciting violence...". We can do more to help Muslim people LEAVE Islam and turn their backs on Mohammadism forever. With no Islamic influences in their lives, there will be much less reason for violence.

"We can do more to stop inciting violence...". We can do more to help Muslim people "safely" relocate to Saudi Arabia, into places where there IS no telephone, television, or internet or Western Influence. With no awareness of the outside world, there will be much less reason for violence.

"We can do more to stop inciting violence...". We can do more to ensure that Islam is "safely enclosed" within the borders of Saudi Arabia. A billion and a half Muslims could easily live as herders in the expanse of Saudi lands and wealth. And from this day forward, let no person who identifies as "Muslim" ever be "troubled" with having to live outside the embrace of the Saudi: there will be much less reason for violence.

Larry said: "Sounds like Muslims and Christians are acting the exact same way, wanting the State to enforce their own beliefs as law."

Yeah, just last week there were violent protests by Christians around the globe, demanding that everyone believe in the Gospel . . . or else. No one is safe with all these Christians around.

Larry said...

Ah, but the original post is not talking about that. it is talking about a Imam wanting the State to enforce Sharia Law, Did I read it incorrectly?

David Wood said...

Yes, and I pointed out that Christians are working diligently to enforce Christian law (whatever that is) on non-Christians. Indeed, Christians are slaughtering people indiscriminately in order to enforce Christian legal codes. Perhaps you atheists need to work harder and put an end to Christianity once and for all before these Christians slaughter everyone!

That's how the reasoning goes among the New Atheists, isn't it?

Larry said...

Possibly, but unknown, as I am only one person, rather than representative of a group. Forgive me, I only read the one post, didn't realize this was a Christian Hate blog until I read more.

But back to your point: I suppose The crusades, the inquisition, and the Sikh temple shooting are not ringing any bells for you?

David Wood said...

Oh, when you said that "Muslims and Christians are acting the exact same way," it sounded like you were indicating the present world. But two of your three examples (Christians fighting a defensive war against Muslims, along with the Inquisition) are from a millennium ago. Your other example (a white supremacist killing non-whites) wasn't committed by a Christian at all, and had nothing to do with enforcing any Christian laws.

And yet you conclude that Christians are doing the same thing as Muslims who are actively trying to impose Islamic law on non-Muslims.

This conversation would be interesting, if it weren't the exact same conversation I had with the last 50 atheists who came on this blog whining about Christians.

@Larry: "christian hate blog". You show how honest you are by such a smear!

Also, I don't think you caught David's sarcasm when he talked about Christians protesting around the world and slaughtering non-believers. There's no such thing! You indeed do sound like one of the "new athiests" who spout bigotry against Christians (claiming they are just as violent as Muslims for example) and yelling about "church and state" while excusing the commands to slaughter and subjugate by Muslims, and making exceptions for class trips to Mosques (because Islam is also cultural or something).

@ Larry

The crusades were a response to hundreds of years of Muslims raping, murdering, and pillaging Christian lands including Europe. The Crusades didnt begin for 450 years AFTER Muslims first started the murder and conquest of Christian lands. What I find with most atheists is relativism and intellectual laziness. Not to mention their hypocritical dogma of intolerance for all people of faith. Its fascinating.

I read once that a radical muslim will kill you and a moderate muslim will explain why you deserved to die.

Trev12 said...

I would just like to say that most things, if not all, that are said by Muslims contradict. Firstly a man who has sex with a man is gay, right, but it is well known that when Muslims kill people like J Christopher Stevens they are raped by men, so are these men that raped them killed because they are gay because you must have gay tendencies just to rise to the occasion. Secondly when it is said that Islam is a faith of paedophiles Muslims go mad, why? Anyone who has sex with a child(under 16 in UK) is a paedophile, they follow the word of a paedophile Mohammad who took a wife of 4 years old and consummated that marriage when she was 6yrs old, and to this day they are still marrying young girls as young as 5yrs old, and this is wide spread through out Pakistan, thirdly, how come Mohammad became their Messiah nearly one hundred years after his death? couldn't they find anyone better?.
