Here is the third video where I and my friend Pastor Sule Prince interview Sandra Solomon, a former Muslim, on the incompatibility of sharia law (Islamic law) with Western democracy.

Dear Lady and Gentlemen
your guest is talking about Toqia in Islam, did you ask her in who's Islam? she is talking about 10-15% of an Islamic group called Sheia'a, and I think she is part of it, please do your homework before misleading people.

Mustafa, You are unfortunately in error. Sandra is a former Sunni, not a Shia Muslim. A couple of questions. Is Bukhari a Shia hadith collector? Note what he said:

"Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah
Allah's Apostle said, "Who is willing to kill Ka'b bin Al-Ashraf who has hurt Allah and His Apostle?" Thereupon Muhammad bin Maslama got up saying, "O Allah's Apostle! Would you like that I kill him?" The Prophet said, "Yes," Muhammad bin Maslama said, "Then allow me to say a (false) thing (i.e. to deceive Kab)." The Prophet said, "You may say it."

The Qur'an is very clear on this:

“Let believers [Muslims] not take infidels [non-Muslims] for friends and allies instead of believers. Whoever does this shall have no relationship left with God—unless you but guard yourselves against them, taking precautions.” (see also Quran 2:173, 2:185, 4:29, 16:106, 22:78, 40:28).

Muhammad ibn Jarir at-Tabari (d. 923 says this about Qur’an 3:28,

"If you [Muslims] are under their [non-Muslims’] authority, fearing for yourselves, behave loyally to them with your tongue while harboring inner animosity for them … [know that] Allah has forbidden believers from being friendly or on intimate terms with the infidels rather than other believers—except when infidels are above them [in authority]. Should that be the case, let them act friendly towards them while preserving their religion." (Abu Ja’far Muhammad at-Tabari, Jami’ al-Bayan ‘an ta’wil ayi’l-Qur’an al-Ma’ruf: Tafsir at-Tabari(Beirut: Dar Ihya’ at-Turath al-‘Arabi, 2001), vol. 3, p. 267).

Was Ibn Kathir (d. 1373), a Shia as well? He says about Qur'an 3:28,

“Whoever at any time or place fears … evil [from non-Muslims] may protect himself through outward show...Abu Darda, who said, “Let us grin in the face of some people while our hearts curse them...Taqiya is allowed until the Day of Resurrection.” (‘Imad ad-Din Isma’il Ibn Kathir, Tafsir al-Qur’an al-Karim (Beirut: Dar al-Kutub al-‘Ilmiya, 2001), vol. 1, p. 350).

Your homework assignment is to study these texts more carefully.
