Protecting Muslims from Anti-Muslim Bigotry and Violence

The recent wave of anti-Muslim attacks should cause us to ask what we can do to protect Muslims from anti-Muslim bigotry and violence. Since Muhammad's teachings are the greatest source of anti-Muslim violence, those of us who want to protect Muslims must confront Muhammad's teachings.

For muslims, any word against them is bigotry and agresion. They have, as a colective, a very psichotic behaviour.

Hi David, i am a muslim. I watch almost all of your videos. I don't want to kill you at all, nor am I going to insult you. I just want to ask you what your opinion is on sufism.

I think you are someone who really believes in what he says and does. I just don't really like the way you do it. I guess I don't like sarcasm and mocking. Please answer my question.

PS: I am not a modern liberal muslim, I view myself a traditional "sufi" muslim.

There's no loving connection with God in Islam. According to the Qur'an, the highest relationship man can have with God is a slave to master relationship.

Nevertheless, humans were created to have a loving connection with God. As Augustine said to God: "Our hearts are restless, until they can find rest in You.”

So, I view Sufism as an attempt to find something that Islam simply can't offer. That's why Sufis are viewed with suspicion by many Muslims.

Good observation, however, if you are truthful enough you too would see eye to eye with David. Your subjective view of Islam causes you to become emotionally attached to Islam and block out every objective viewpoint of it that conveys actual facts about distortions and contradictions found in the Koran and blatant criminal activity in the life of the man you claim as your prophet.
