“Many Muslims find depictions of Mohammed to be deeply offensive,…”- CNN
1) Why do liberal media like CNN, BBC etc. have sympathetic to barbaric Muslims but indifferent attitude towards life and death of non-Muslims? After so much blood spilled on broad day light caused by religious teaching of Muslims to kill non-Muslims and critics of Muhammad still media hesitate to criticize Islam directly with their full heart.

2) Muslim prophet Muhammad ordered all Muslims in Qur’an 9:29 to kill non-Muslims—(Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the Religion of Truth, from among the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizyah (tax) with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued).

It is stupidity to think by media and Muslims that, 6 billion non-Muslims (Christian, Jews etc.) have no sentiments to live alive with LIBERTY and with their own faith.

By United Million March on Sunday and reprint of million copies of Muhammad’s cartoon, people of the world expressed solidarity with cartoonists to express sentiment against Muhammad who ordered Muslims to kill critics of him. Enough is enough. Hitler and his Nazi party was defeated and abolished. Message should go to blood thirsty Muslims, who dance with Muhammad’s command to kill non-Muslims, loot their property and make non-Muslim women as sex slave for their enjoyments.

No power is bigger than Almighty God Who is Merciful, Truth and Holy, Light of the World, Prince of Peace.

I really enjoyed reading your comment Nojmul, thank you!

I was thinking that perhaps the "sympathetic" attitude of the liberal media to Islam is really due more to fear than any real concern for Muslims.

A executive from CNN admitted on air that they made their decision largely for fear of what might happen to their staff if they aired depictions of Mohammad. That's a fairly harsh indictment against Muslims, if you ask me. Can you imagine for example, if he had said we didn't show satirical depictions of Jesus because we were afraid that Christians might murder our staff?

Even though we see some ridiculous double standards in the media and from the government, I think it is largely motivated by fear, and a partly rational fear at that.

Muslim terrorists have demonstrated that their preference is to go after 'soft targets'. Though some have speculated that this is because they're cowards, it's much more likely to be because attacks on 'soft targets' are more successful in creating widespread terror. Though we know there are evil people in the world, we generally believe that most people won't massacre unarmed innocents in broad daylight. When, to our utter horror, this does occur it is natural to think how can I make sure this does not happen to me or my loved ones.

I believe what people are looking for now is strength of conviction and a refusal to be bullied into silence. This is definitely a time for Christians to show that God's perfect love is capable of casting out all fear.

@Radical Moderate. As deplorable as these xenophobic, backward, narrow minded mohammedians are, we must allow them to express their view. If we want freedom of speech that is the cost we must bare, otherwsie we are no better than the trash that put bullets into cartoonists and cops.

How does he know how most Muslims truly feel about these Paris executions? I say he, like so many, are extremely naive about all these "moderate" Muslims. Muhammad is their hero and perfect model of Muslim behavior (per Quran) and he himself had many of his critics assassinated inculding poets. That's why execution of mockers of Muhammad is to be punished by death in Islamic law. This is Islam straight up.

This interviewee says that the Islam represented by the extremists is an ugly third cousin to actual Islam. I'm not sure he's right about that. It may be far removed from most Muslims and how they practice or regard their religion, but I don't know if it's that far removed from the Qur'an, hadith, etc.
