Great Britain: Acid Attack Rate Triples in Six Years

When immigrants come to Great Britain, the multiculturalist government tells them to retain their cultural practices and beliefs. But what happens when those cultural practices include throwing acid into people's faces?

Telegraph—Experts say they believe many of the cases involving acid are linked to Asian communities, with women attacked by their husbands and punished for refusing forced marriages, while men were attacked during disputes over dowries.

Latest NHS hospital figures record 144 assaults in 2011/12 involving corrosive substances, which can also include petrol, bleach and kerosene.

Six years earlier, 56 such episodes were noted.

Jaf Shah, executive director of Acid Survivors Trust International said that many attacks in Britain were not reported, because women targeted lived in fear of reprisals.

He said: “There is a reluctance among women in the Asian community to come forward; these attacks do not usually come from strangers, but from someone close to them in the community – a husband, a father, or their family.” (Continue Reading.)

The next posting of mine at the Guardian was removed within 5 minutes, talking about 'politic correct' corruption:

(Please use for your own advantage, no copyright!)

Nathan Lean (notorious Islam apologist): 'How is that even quantifiable and what constitutes evil?'

There you have the problem with Islam, its founder and her followers, they do not even have a clue what evil is!

No wonder if you realize that its 'divine' source of inspiration, justifies diabolic ( look up the literal meaning of that word ! ) values as taqiyya, hudna's and jihad !

These people are so corrupted that they have the guts to justify violence against anyone who does not desire to submit to Islam and its 'values' through labeling them 'Islamophobe'. Here we are talking about evil possessed worshippers expressing themselves through spiritual insanity. This becomes obvious when you turn on the news, you see a lot of violence and you hear frantic shouting of 'Allah Ahkbar' all the time.

This analysis is also the reason why we do have so many websites on the internet run by former muslims who are now devoted to exposing the deception of Islam as an ideology.

Muslim may ask and rise some questions, and Christians may also rise some questions, then we need to respond each other in a academic way.
the problem is that Christians and Muslims don't know each other.
for example some Muslims beliefs that Christians worship three gods, also Christians beliefs that Islam is Late innovation and fake religion which is the enemy of Jesus.

we need to understand each other not to insult each other.
before minutes i was watching the below link of youtube which is very interesting video, it tells us that the prayers of Muslim are found in the bible of Christians.
So, i think if we go our scriptures we may prove a lot of hidden things.

The man called "he" in Isaiah 53 is on the side of the people who have been attacked.
His mercy and might are for all those who suffer.
Those who threw the acid, no matter who they are or were, are the sinners here.
It is they who must answer to the world and to God for their actions.

Mohamed said, "David Wood you are christian scholar, not a nominal christian, its your responsibility to build a bridge between Muslims and Christians, instead of creating enmity and hate between the followers of these two religions."

His job is not determined by you Mouhamad. IT's defined by the bible to go out into all nations and preach repentance and the forgiveness of sins in the name of Jesus. However islam's foundation is built on a polemic against christianity, so he has to dismantle it first. Once that is highlighted to show people that islam's roots come from a man and not God then the news that sins (all of them, including clinging to false religion in a way to suppress the knowledge of God and the gospel) can be forgiven in the name of Jesus through repentance can be given.

The problem isn't his delivery, it's your taking offense to it because he's telling the truth.

"the problem is that Christians and Muslims don't know each other."
Correction, Muslims don't know Christians nor do they know the truth of their religion nor do they know the truth about Christianity. They only have conjecture.

"for example some Muslims beliefs that Christians worship three gods, also Christians beliefs that Islam is Late innovation and fake religion which is the enemy of Jesus."

You demonstrated your knowledge of christianity. However what you cited about Islam is the truth. It is a later religion invented by Mohamad. Surah 5 declared war on christians -the body of Christ.

"we need to understand each other not to insult each other."
Agreed, but be honest for a second Mohamad, that's not what you're trying to do. You want Christians and Muslims to come to together ecumenically. Nice way to crush criticism about Islam by the way.

"we need to understand each other not to insult each other.

COVERT DAWAH ALERT! COVERT A
DAWAH ALERT!!
mouhamad, there are lot of things found in the koran and hadith that can be found in Sabian belief practices and pagan beliefs all together (praying 5 times a day towards the black stone, Hajj, etc), does that conform with the rest of your assertion? Think about it for a second...

"the Bible says " Judge Not, so you may not Judge""

But your post proved you just judged David to be teaching hate and creating enmity between christian and muslims. You JUDGED him. You broke this teaching in the bible and then tried to use the bible to justify doing it!!!!!

As a side note this is called isogensis where you take a verse from the bible and build and argument around it so you make it sound like it agrees with you.
The bible says to judge with RIGHT judgment, not 'do not judge'. We're to use our minds and the scriptures to correctly handle and divide the word of God.

Muhammad's religion which is Islam is the only religion in this world which recognize that Jesus was messiah and he was born miraculously and that he will come back again and we honor his mother Marry.

Being a Christian scholar, it is Mr. Wood's responsibility to serve the truth, NOT build shaky bridges on a foundation of willful blindness, falsehoods and self-deceptions. If the truth builds enmity and hatred then there is a fundamental problem which is beyond Mr. Wood's control.

" . . .the problem is that Christians and Muslims don't know each other."

NO, the problem is that Christians know Muslims all too well. We read about Muslims in the newspapers each and every day.

If YOU wish to build bridges, start a movement within Islam to dump the Book-Of-Hate. This would go a long way in building these bridges of which you speak. It is a hard thing to build anything when the Book-Of-Hate tells your construction partner to hate you and kill you whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Notice the reaction everyone. For Ugas, reporting facts is equivalent to "mocking other faiths."

Ugas, since you believe in Jesus, and since you believe that Jesus commands us to "love your enemy," and since you believe that loving people rules out criticizing them in any way, let me ask a few questions.

Since the Qur'an criticizes Christians for believing that Jesus is the Son of God (9:30), do you condemn the Qur'an for criticizing our beliefs?

The Qur'an says that Allah has no love for non-Muslims (3:32). Since Jesus said that we are to love everyone, isn't Jesus commanding us to be more loving than Allah?

The Qur'an calls Christians and Jews "the worst of creatures" (98:6). Since this is much more offensive than reporting a news article, do you condemn the Qur'an?

The Qur'an commands you not to be friends with Jews or Christians (5:51). Do you condemn the Qur'an for this intolerance?

Looking forward to your responses!

Hi David Wood

the problem of Christians is they disobey the teaching of Jesus.
Jesus said " Love your enemy and pray for them". who is your enemy??
of course any one who don't believe the divinity of Jesus is your enemy.
we Muslims we don't believe the divinity of Jesus, so according your teaching we are your enemy, and Jesus says " love them don't curse them", so its your responsibility to love us and not to criticize and condemn our teachings and beliefs, otherwise you are disobeying the teaching of Jesus.
we Muslims we don't recognizance the formula of loving enemies, the Koran says" Make Justice for your enemies", because its difficult to love your enemy, but you can make justice for them.
don't refer what the Koran says just refer what the bible says, if you can not apply the teachings of the bible then don't blame me if i follow my teachings.

David Wood said...

Ugas,

You just said you're a Muslim. Yet earlier you wrote:

"Jesus says 'Love your enemy' that means we have to love Muslims not to hate them."

So why were you pretending to be a Christian? Do you believe that it's okay to deceive us because we're Christians?

Also, are you ready to condemn the Qur'an for the issues I raised? If I called Muslims "the worst of creatures," wouldn't you condemn my words? Why, then, don't you object to the Qur'an calling Jews and Christians "the worst of creatures"?

Ugas said...

David,

i am not condemning the Qur'an for the issues you raised which is " the disbelievers are the worst of creatures" in sura 98 and "believers are the best of creatures".

you also believe that Christians are the best of creatures and non Christians are worst of creatures.

you can not deny that fact.because you believe that all non Christians religions are false and will going to hell that means they are worst of creatures.

so that is common belief for all religions. don't scandalize me for what you also believe.

regarding my error typing which you mentioned, instead of writing "you" i wrote " we", that is error typing, i am not aimed to deceive you.

David Wood said...

Ugas,

Don't confuse Islamic beliefs with Christian beliefs. Muslims believe that they are the best of peoples and that unbelievers are the "worst of creatures." Muslims also believe that Allah only loves good Muslims, but has no love for anyone else. You say that we believe the same thing. Absolute nonsense. Christians believe that we are saved by grace (unmerited favor), and that we are sinners just like everyone else. This is why Christians aren't allowed to violently subjugate and persecute others, while Muslims are commanded to violently subjugate all non-Muslims.

Joe Bradley said...

Ugas,

You are clearly mixing your Christian beliefs with your Muslim training. If you have ever read the Bible, especially in Matthew 12, you see that words spoken against the "Son of Man" will be forgiven. Yet YOU say that, since Muslims don't believe in the divinity of Jesus, that Muslims are the enemies of Christians. Your assertions are not founded in the Bible.

You view Christianity through the prism of Islam, the religion in which you are trained. In this religion criticism of Muhammed (your prophet) is unforgivable making any who criticize Islam your enemy and subject to the death penalty found in the Qur'an. However the same cannot be said about the criticism of Jesus as Matthew 12:31 explains. Yes, Christians are instructed to love their enemies and pray for them, however, they are also taught to be discerning. There is nothing in the Bible or in any of Christ's teachings that instruct his followers that loving and praying for an enemy means one must refrain about telling the truth about one's enemy. This makes your premise, "the problem of Christians is they disobey the teaching of Jesus" WRONG.

You instruct the following:

"don't refer what the Koran says just refer what the bible says, if you can not apply the teachings of the bible then don't blame me if i follow my teachings."

Now that the teachings of the Bible have been applied and have clearly proven you wrong, does this mean that you will now convert from Islam to Christianity or does this mean that all may continue to blame you for remaining with Islam?

Ugas said...

David said:....... This is why Christians aren't allowed to violently subjugate and persecute others.

since we are debating, and every one giving his own view, we have to go to the scriptures.

when i read the bible i see this verse
Luke 19:27 "But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them--bring them here and kill them in front of me.'"

also i always read in Mathew 10:34 " don't think that i came to bring peace but SWORD".

SO I TOLD YOU all religions believes that unbelievers are the "worst of creatures.

So, Joe Bradley and Davis before you judge Muslims please see your scriptures, because My Jesus said " Judge not, that you be not judge" in Mathew 7:1

David Wood said...

Wow Ugas. Now we know you're deliberately trying to deceive people. First, you pretended to be a Christian. Now you deliberately distorted a clear verse of the Bible when you said: "when i read the bible i see this verse Luke 19:27 'But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them--bring them here and kill them in front of me.'"

When we open the Bible, we find that the words you quoted are part of a story Jesus is telling about a nobleman. It's the nobleman in the story who says, "Bring them here and kill them in front of me." The passage begins in verse 11:

"While they were listening to these things, Jesus went on to tell a parable, because He was near Jerusalem, and they supposed that the kingdom of God was going to appear immediately. So He said, “A nobleman went to a distant country to receive a kingdom for himself, and then return."

The nobleman goes away, then returns to find that his subjects have rebelled against him. So he orders them to be killed.

But when you quoted it, you tried to convince people here that Jesus was commanding his own followers to kill.

Is this what your religion teaches you? To lie and deceive people for the sake of Allah and out of hatred of Christianity?

Despicable.

Should I go on to show how you have deliberately distorted the other passage you quoted?

Joe Bradley said...

Ugas, once again you have misread and misinterpreted the Bible. Regarding Jesus' Sermon On The Mount - Matthew 7, Jesus prohibits "hypocritical" judgement as Matthew 7:2 - 7:5 explains. Jesus further advises in Matthew 7:2 "For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged."

You have, further, misinterpreted this thread and believe that the article upon which it is based judges Islam. Both the article and the thread merely report statistics and statistics do not judge, either hypocritically or otherwise. The observable fact that you are outraged over that which the statistics reveal about Islam leads you to outlandish accusations in an attempt to defend Islam. It is consistent with Islamic apologists to defend Islam by attacking Judaism and Christianity because there is little in the Book-Of-Hate that is defensible otherwise.

Taking Luke 19:27 out of context, you have failed to consider it in the light of Luke 19:11, "While they were listening to this, he went on to tell them a parable . . .". As David artfully explains, Luke 19:27 was a parable that was being recounted by Jesus regarding another individual.

Your understanding of the Bible remains incomplete and flawed, however, the same cannot be said about your practice of Taqiyya and deception. In that, you are exceedingly adept.

Once, an interviewer used this passage on Geert Wilders.
Wilders is a secularist, he has very little knowledge of the doctrines, history, structure and scriptures of Christianity, and so he was really caught by it.
Opposing Islamization is a simple matter.
But Muslims and their advocates and apologists will complicate it, especially for secularists, and catch them in all kinds of rhetorical snares.
That's why only Christians can oppose Islam on Islam claims for itself-- monotheism, perfection, and holiness.
It claims all three and has neither.
But only a Christian, thoroughly churched and orthodox in his theology, can counter them.

Ugas said...

Joe Bradley and David,

Christians believe that Jesus taught in parables to make His message clear.

if you saying Luke 19:27 is a parable and don't justify killing every one who is against Jesus, then also don't use the Parable of Mark 12:1-8 " ‘A man planted a vineyard. He put a wall around it, dug a pit for the winepress and built a watchtower. Then he rented the vineyard to some farmers and went away on a journey. At harvest time he sent a servant to the tenants to collect from them some of the fruit of the vineyard. But they seized him, beat him and sent him away empty-handed. Then he sent another servant to them; they struck this man on the head and treated him shamefully. He sent still another, and that one they killed. He sent many others; some of them they beat, others they killed. He had one left to send, a son, whom he loved. He sent him last of all, saying, "They will respect my son." But the tenants said to one another, "This is the heir. Come, let's kill him, and the inheritance will be ours." So they took him and killed him, and threw him out of the vineyard".

if this is parable, then don't say to me In this parable the owner represents God and the servants refer to God’s prophets which he sent to Israel and The beloved Son and Heir in this particular parable is supposed to be Jesus whom the Jewish leadership rejected.

since we are exchanging our ideas its better to be tolerant and not abuse each other.
what we are talking about is religion and salvation.

Joe Bradley said...

Ugas, you say:

"then also don't use the Parable of Mark 12:1-8"

You go on to say:

"if this is parable, then don't say to me In this parable the owner represents God and the servants refer to God's prophets which he sent to Israel and The beloved Son and Heir in this particular parable is supposed to be Jesus whom the Jewish leadership rejected."

I don't have to use the parable of Mark 12:1-8, nor do I have to explain any of that which you have explained.

Even though none of your citations support your core assertions, it is proof that you are wrestling with the truth found in the Bible and your life long relationship with the Book-Of-Hate. This is the classic struggle of man between the forces of good V. the forces of evil.

Like those who have gone before you, if you choose to reject the Book-Of-Hate in favor of the Bible, it will not be an easy journey. However, perhaps you will find solace in Matthew 7:13 which states, "Enter you in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat".

The Bible is the way of the strait (narrow) gate. If, in your struggles, you choose Christianity and reject Islam, you have made the wisest of choices.

Rukiah: Once again, you're saying things that aren't true. Newsflash: Jesus was a Jew, so no, Christanity does not teach to hate Jews, so Jew-hating Christians are going AGAINST what Christianity teaches.Though iknterestingly Islam does. A Haddith in the Quoran talks about muslims killing jews to cause the end times, and the Quoran says that Jews are among the "worst of people!"). It's not Chrsistians who are by large teaching children on tv to hate Jews, spreading blood libels against them (that they eat the blood of non-muslims for example) and encouraging murder and genocide. That would be Muslims. You spread lies about Christianity, but complain about saying bad things about Islam!

Also, this "stupid blog" is just quoting what your own Quoran and Hadiths, and how your co-religionists react. I see no refutation (again!) how those verses are being misquoted and misapplied by your co-religionists.

It's not wise to choose sides, but clearly you have chosen the side of defending Islam, so you're not very good at following your own advice.

If Islam is not violent as you claim, then perhaps you should tell your co-religionists that, and quickly. Non-muslims are suffering.

The bible was written by different authors as the events was happening over centuries. sorry but your logic fails the earlier source always prevails in historical accuracy against later sources.

By the same standards are you also willing to say that Ezekiel and other prophets were not allow to enter their accounts of what is happening to isreal into the bible? since you object to different authors for different times.
