Who's Next? You Decide!

Sam and I have posted refutations of Zakir Naik on Jesus' crucifixion, Jesus' deity, and supposed Biblical prophecies about Muhammad. Next Tuesday on ABN, we'll be responding to Zakir Naik on Jihad. Our question now is: Who's next? Would you like to see us respond to Yusuf Estes, or the late Ahmed Deedat, or Shabir Ally, or Jamal Badawi, or someone else? Or would you like to see us continue to refute Zakir Naik? Cast your vote in the poll on the sidebar, and we'll go to work!

I'd like to see you and Sam refute all of them as some of them come from different angles on the same issues. I think this series of refutations is extremely helpful and I pray that it will continue. We Christians need to be prepared to dialogue and refute the Islamic claims as the coming days are sure to bring us into a closer affiliation with the Muslims as they spread and propagate throughout this country. I also tend to think many Muslims are viewing Jesus or Muhammad in search of answers and in some cases actually desire Truth. Your shows are a perfect platform to give them such evidentiary Truths.
God bless you, Sam and ABN and keep fighting the good fight!

That's exactly our plan. We intend to do four to five episodes on each of Islam's most popular apologists, refuting them on their most popular claims. We're just wondering what to do for our next set of shows.

1. Paul Bilal Williams (bloggingtheology.wordpress.com)
2 Shabir Ally
3. Bassam Zawadi
4. Abdullah Kunde
5. Abdullah Al Andalousi

These are much better than the ones you named; and there is a greater need to repeat refutations of these guys. Bring out the printed refutations and emphasize and repeat.

Even though there is some refutation of them at www.answering-islam.org - it needs to be brought out more and repeated more against their arguments.

Naik and Ahmad Deedat and Yusef Estes are too easy; these above are, in my opinion, their real debaters.

Sorry that I see you did mention Shabir Ally.
His many videos need to be shown in short clips as you did with Zakir Naik and refuted.

Idk, I think they are all deluded retards. I honestly don't even waste my time anymore with Islam.
However, I still wonder how one can claim to be honest while subscribing to Islam.

In my opinion, Ahmed Deedat seems to be the exemplar by which contemporary Muslim Apologists form their argumentation...in large part. I believe by exposing Ahmed Deedat and his erroneous claims as to the falsehood of Christianity and the Person of Jesus, as well as his flawed and inconsistent methodology, you could easily show that each Apologist using Deedat's arguments begin with a false premise and thus leads to a false conclusion. This, of course in addition to exposing their own arguments and errors.

Then personally, after refuting the others, I would like to see you end with a lengthy refutation of Shabir Ally as he tends to argue from a more scholarly perspective. Also, I have collected approximately 600 debates, mostly Christian/Muslim debates. So, if you need any clips, please let me know.

one last thing...my email has changed to dave@jesusorjihad.com. If you could change this on your blog, please do. My website is www.jesusorjihad.com if you would like to view it. There is an entire section on ABN on it with ALL of the shows in the English language.
Take care, Dave and God bless.

How about dealing with the issue William Campbell dealt with. They seem to think that Naik won that debate so would be a good one. Don't know what the topic was though.

How about we ddo Imran cause muslims has that mentality to think they won even though they don;t see the logical fallacies in their guy

Shabir Ally is the one who's annoying me most. I've watched his debate with Dr. Craig and, even if he went on many inconsistencies (did especially a very poor job in the debate on Jesus vs. Isa), he seems too be very smart, and that's annoying me when I see that someone that smart can still adhere to Islam (that's probably more a matter of culture than a matter of intellect, the former taking over the latter).
However, concerning all of them, sometimes I do believe that someone who can see Muhammad in John 14 needs to go back to elementary school!
The second one would be Jamal Badawi as he's involved with CAIR; which for me is no more than an organization of professional liars.

Ken,

I would like to interact with Paul Williams but I don't seem to be able to add comments at his blog. Do you have any idea why?

peace

All of the above.

@ David

you forgot to include Osama Abdullah, Yahya Snow and Nadir Ahmed in the list!

I think Yusuf Estes - his mug appears on the cover of almost all of their dawa material at their tables of lies and deception.

Fifth Monarchy Man,
Paul Bilal Williams -
He banned me; so he probably banned you also.
Every now and then he lets one of my comments through, if he deems it permissible, but he cannot handle my questions and points anymore, so he pretty much rejects everything I put forth now.

I would like to see your efforts focusing on refuting all Muslims that make a claim to believing in Jesus. Focussing on the crucifixion and Sonship of Jesus, and our sonship with God might open their hearts ot the truth.

“We know that we have come to know him if we obey his commands. The man who says, ‘I know him,’ but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him.” 1 John 2:3-5

Muslims do not follow the commands of Jesus, nor do acknowledge the crucifixion, or recognize his Sonship and our sonship with God.

A simple challenge for Muslims is to ask them to explaim from the Qur'an why we are condemened for saying Jesus is a son of God. I can guarantee once they explaim from the Qur'an or even their traditions, it will become apparent that the Qur'an does not represent our beliefs.

David , why not go for the 'Godfather', challenge Sheik Yusuf al-Qaradawi.

Now that would be a 'discussion' to watch.

Deedat or Estes. Those are the two names I hear the most tossed at me. You already did Naik who was the third stooge.

Hi David and Sam, happy new year both and your precious families. I see Ahmed Deedat as the godfather of Christian/Muslim debates. Zakir Naik appears to mimick him in many ways. I'd personally like to see more refutations of Deedats arguments and this will in turn also refute others who borrow heavily from Deedats material.

Refuting popular Muslim apologist...

How about a bit of everyone?
Like, the different angles/polemics regarding a particular Christian teaching from the different Muslim apologists, from the near scholarly to the plain absurd.

Just a thought.

David,
I can't begin to explain how important the work that you, Sam, Samuel, James White, Robert, Pamela and many others are doing in the fight against Islam. Unfortunately most churches are complacent and afraid to confront this growing global threat. and will not even mention Islam, let alone educate their congregations about Islam.
God bless you all. Someday history will remember you all as heroes of freedom, just ad today they accuse you of hate and bigotory.
Have you considered debating Hamza Tzortzis? He seems like a sincere human being who was misguided and ensnared by Islamic lies.
I would love to see him leave the fold of Islam someday...

Hi David
It appears from my reading of the comments here that folks want you guys to refute all of them. That will give you plenty of shows for the forseeable future. So I think you should refute all of them.

I find it confounding that any intellectual such as Shabir Ally will be so fooled by this cult called Islam.

May the LORD be with you all.

Child_Of_Wisdom said...

I think the biggest scalp would be Shabir Ally but it might be best to look for the guy considered most orthodox first but secondarily is also technical enough to have interesting arguments to refute.
