Detroit Transit Continues Policy of Sharia Compliance

Still not convinced that Islam gets special treatment in America? Here's yet another example in a never-ending stream of cowardly capitulations to Sharia.

An atheist group submitted the following ad to Detroit Transit to run on local buses:

What's that? You believe in God and you're offended that you have to see your faith challenged? "Too bad, this is America," retorts Detroit Transit. The ad was accepted as Constitutionally protected free speech.

Clearly, the following (almost identical) ad also qualifies as Constitutionally protected free speech, and would therefore be accepted by the unbiased managers of Detroit Transit:

There's only one problem. This ad, submitted by the American Freedom Defense Initiative, raises questions about belief in Muhammad, rather than belief in God. As such, Detroit Transit rejected the ad.

But there's a perfectly reasonable explanation here. Detroit Transit is run by a bunch of sniveling cowards.

"sniveling cowards"

Bullseye! And said by someone who has a right to say it.

Muslims get upset about disbelief in Muhammad but not God (Allah in another name). Isn't that elevating the prophet over God? In other words, idolatry.
