KARACHI--The police have arrested a young man for allegedly using offensive language against the companions of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
The suspect, identified as 20-year-old Mujahid, was associated with a private security company and posted at a biscuit factory in Korangi from where he was arrested.
Korangi Industrial Area SHO Malik Ayub told The Express Tribune that a man named Zubair had approached the police, complaining that Mujahid had sent him the text message.
Malik said that Mujahid and Zubair were friends but belonged to different sects. They were working at the same factory but recently Zubair was transferred to another factory.
The police have registered a case under Section 298-A of the Pakistan Penal Code and Section 28 of the Telegraph Act. Police have also seized their cell phones. (Source)

I know that you get your jollies by posting here, but I don't know how serious you really are. If you don't see the idiocy of this arrest, then you should be arrested just for responding to this blog.
You continual use of words like Islamophobic, bigot, and others show me that you don't really expect someone to take you seriously because of your constant abuse of the words themselves. You really cheapen the words and render them utterly useless.
Don't you think that you are more guilty of using these words that those that you accuse? If you really could be objective, you would see that you are the one who is offensive in how you quickly and easily dismiss any conversation that counters your world view. That speaks volumes of you and your own lack of good character.
By all means, defend Islam at all costs, even when you know deep down inside that some of us do have great points against your religion. Instead of critically thinking on those points, you defense yourself thinking that those words and thoughts will somehow go away and you won't have to deal with reality of what we speak. It's your loss.

Your religion forces you to abandon sound reasoning and deprive you of logical skills necessary to access reality properly. In other words, your religion has you trapped and brainwashed. You can't even condemn the actions of those reported in the blog entry. Upholding Islam is far more important to you. Forget about the lives it destroys in the process of executing and imposing its commands and demands on others.
Anyone notice how the muslo-nazi regulars here don't mind the fact that people are being arrested for criticising their religion of genocidal hatred, rabid antisemitism and intolerance? What it comes down to is that this is exactly what these muslo-nazis want for us here in the US.
