Pop Quiz for Potential World Leaders

Since our current leaders may be a lost cause, we may need to look to the future of Western leadership. Here's a pop quiz for potential leaders.

I would add the Quran itself, 9 19-20

009.019 Do ye make the giving of drink to pilgrims, or the maintenance of the Sacred Mosque, equal to (the pious service of) those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and strive with might and main in the cause of Allah? They are not comparable in the sight of Allah: and Allah guides not those who do wrong.

009.020 Those who believe, and suffer exile and strive with might and main, in Allah's cause, with their goods and their persons, have the highest rank in the sight of Allah: they are the people who will achieve (salvation).

which also explains why there are more islamic terrorist organizations than charities

As long both Christian and Muslims believe God and Evil, my pop quiz to potential Muslim converts, look before you leap: what litmus test do you perform before you switch from Jesus to Muhammad? Is path of blood (fight) better than love? Does evil like blood or love?

Muhammad’s path brings kingdom of Hell as it is happening now; Jihadists are fighting like slave for evil power and creating hell for the world. Qur’an 9:29—Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the Religion of Truth, from among the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Are Jihadists receiving blessing from God of Heaven? Do you think, Muslim converts, you would be in paradise and enjoy life with beautiful angel, with this kind of teaching from Muhammad?

But Jesus directed the path, opposite way of Muhammad, to get God’s grace and be His children, not slave thru love: Matthew 22:36-40 (NIV): 36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Who is this Muhammad hanging on fighting, bloodshed? Is he not prophet from devil? Surely he is from devil. Those who believe in sword must die in sword is the teaching of Jesus. But Saudis’ national emblem is sword according to teaching of Muhammad.

Bloodshed in Saudis is matter of time only. Mosque is place of evil worship, where Muslims keep arms to fight. Today two Mosques in Yemen, Saudi’s neighbor have been bombarded simultaneously, killing about 150 evil worshipers. It is not something new in Muslim culture, it is their way of life, oppose to Christian way of life to love each other. Muslims are fighting each other and must die if not soon.

Muslims be afraid of Holy God and Last Day of Judgment. Choose the right path for your life eternal before your candle burns out.

Any comment to defend Muhammad is appreciated!

It's not for nothing that prophets are stoned and despised. If telling the truth were easy everyone would do it. Frankly we often don't want to hear bad news and we practically beg our leaders to lie to us. The modern mainstream liberal media bear much responsibility as well.

I too would like to hear a response from Muslim believers, but it seems that many have gone into hiding. Perhaps their silence speaks louder than their words at this time.

If you are Muslim and reading these comments the purpose of this blog is not to ridicule your faith, but to help you see where, if logically pursued, your faith will lead to.

Nojmul is correct, we are each appointed a time in which our candle burns on this earth, do not let your candle burn out without at least asking Jesus if He is the One who came so that you could know God.

The Qur'an says that you should not ask these questions (Qur’an 5; 101 -102 “O ye who believe! Ask not questions about things which, if made known to you, may cause you trouble.” “Some people before you asked such questions and became disbelievers therein”). The Qur'an commands you not to ask certain questions, for fear of what might happen if certain truths are "known to you".

But how can asking questions turn someone into an unbeliever? Does Allah consider that his followers are too dim witted to discern a lie?

The Bible says "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." (Matthew 7:7). I encourage you today to ask Jesus the questions that are on your heart.

Brilliant and insightful as usual. Although I do disagree with "Isis could of been contained... by not withdrawing troops from Iraq until it was safe to do so".

Thats the problem it would never have been safe to pull out troops from Iraq. If we would of stayed their another 20 to a hundred years the same thing would have happened just different players. But couldah shouldah wouldah.

Anyway I thought you might find this interesting and maybe do a video on this.

http://interfaithradio.org/Archive/2015-March/Debating_a_Theology_of_ISIS__the_Church_of_TED_and_More

ISIS apologist Yasir Quadi had a discussion on NPR with Gramn Wood (any relation?), on Gramms article published in the Atlantic.

Yasir Quadi of course blames the USA for ISIS but as Gramm Wood points out, this is like "pushing on an open door."

Its logically flawed, true the USA created a power vacuum true ISIS is filling that power vacuum. However this does not negate the fact that ISIS is as Gramm points out in his article "Islamic very Islamic."

If another group say hard core Communists were to take the place of ISIS, no one would be saying that the USA is responsible for their Communist ideology.

Or historically speaking it is true that the Versailles treaty and the treatment of Germany after WW1, set he stage for the NAZI's to rise to power. But the Versailles treaty is not responsible for the ideology of the NAZI's.

Paige, that's a beautiful contrast between the Bible and the Quran regarding the seeking of truth. Thanks.

Radical Moderate, I think David is right that ISIS could have been contained. The reason it mushroomed like it did is because it had no serious resistance. It is true that keeping Iraq under control would have been a long-term commitment. But we have been in Germany for around 70 years and South Korea for ca. 60 years. The time itself is not such a big deal.

There is another factor which makes this whole thing stink: the American weapons now in the hands of ISIS. The so-called moderate groups we have been training and arming in Syria are ISIS feeders, at least potentially if not in fact. The weapons depots which have fallen into ISIS hands in Iraq consist partly of American weapons sold to the Iraqi government. It would have been so easy to bomb these depots with drones after it became clear that ISIS would gain control of them. Now a half billion dollars of US weapons sent to Yemen are unaccounted for. Weapons the US provided to oust Qaddafi in Libya have also gotten into the hands of jihadists.

My question is whether Americans are really so stunningly incompetent or whether something more sinister is occurring in Obama's administration.

And David, it's a great video. I'm quite sure one of those books in the background of this and other clips of yours is Chesterton's Everlasting Man. Am I right?

It's a wonderful book, like coming to an oasis after plodding through the dry, burning sands of Islam.

Dear Ignatius,

Ah, dear old G.K.! I hadn't noticed that in the video. Some measure a man by his clothes and appearance, but like you, I'm rather more influenced by what's on his bookshelf!

Oh and yes, I vote for the option "something more sinister is occurring in Obama's administration." Their incompetence defies reason. I'm definitely not party to some of the far-fetched conspiracy theories, but that something "sinister" is happening seems a stage beyond even theory.

sorry my question doesnt fit the subject in this blog but i was watching a bunch of Davids Debates and one question popped in my head, How can Allah be "All Knowing" if he has Never experienced being a human? How can he "Know" what its like to be a human?
Thats why i asked if there was a verse in the Quran that specifically says, Allah cannot be a human.
Thank you again,
Matt

Great job in the debates David!!! You conduct yourself very respectfully and professionally!!!
