The Qur'an affirms the inspiration, preservation, and authority of the Christian scriptures (including the Torah and the Gospel). Yet the Qur'an contradicts the Christian scriptures on fundamental doctrines (e.g., Jesus' death, resurrection, and deity). By affirming scriptures that contradict Islam, the Quran self-destructs.

In regard to the triune God of the Bible, the picture (rather than being one of mathematics, geometry or deep philosophy) is really a very simple, straight-forward political and social one (close-knit ruling family). This can be seen from words pertaining directly to God e.g. King, power, glory, authority, Father, Son, Helper and Comforter (the Holy Spirit) etc.
Since all Three Persons, The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19), all equally reside at the same very highest level of power and authority in heaven, and ‘God’ being the very highest title (God/King [“King of heaven” Daniel 4:37]), then all Three have to be called God. And for this reason they acknowledge and address each other by the title of ‘God’.
E.g. the FATHER says:
But to the Son He (the Father) says: “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever” Hebrews 1:8
JESUS says:
“My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” Matthew 27:46
“I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” John 20:17 (The Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit belong to one another, in mutual friendship, at the same level. So when Jesus says, “My God” in regard to the Father, He, at the same time, means “My friend”)
“...by the Spirit of God” Matthew 12:28
The HOLY SPIRIT says through (2 Peter 1:21) David:
“For David himself said by the Holy Spirit: ‘The Lord (the Father) said to my Lord (the Son), “Sit at My right hand, till I make Your enemies Your footstool.”’ Mark 12:36
Jesus also says in Matthew 4:4 “...but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God” which at different times is the word of either the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:21) e.g. in 2 Samuel 23:2, or Jesus Himself, who is the “Lord your God” of the Old Testament (Matthew 23:37; John 8:58) and our Creator (John 1:1-14; Colossians 1:16), or the Father “This is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased.” Matthew 3:17.
The word ‘Trinity’ is simply an abbreviation for the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who are like a team or family of like-minded individuals or friends working together in perfect harmony for the same end. In this case, and since they are all of the same nature and essence (which is love and light, and are therefore as ‘one’ and have a ‘oneness’) and have a common purpose and a shared authority, the team/family as a whole is called God, as per Genesis 1:26, 27
And God said, “Let Us make man in Our image according to Our likeness...” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
And Genesis 3:22
Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil.”
(In the above two verses it could well be the Creator Jesus [John 1:1-14; Colossians 1:16] speaking to the Father and Holy Spirit rather than all Three speaking as one. But either way, the verses still point to the triune God)
This is David Wood at his best. Authentic videos that analyze scriptures based on mathematical (Boolean) logic. It may not convince that a certain religion is the true religion because no mathematical flaws do not prove that the words are true, it only proves that there are no contradictions. (A huge step in the direction of where to go BTW). On the other hand if the math is flawed as we can see in this video is the case with the Koran, then that should be enough for every logical thinking person to reject the scripture (the Koran). As the video tell us the scripture has just self destructed and unlike on the Star-ship Enterprise there is no abort sequence.
A little note on the side though. When debating (as amateur) with Muslim apologists (read lefties, like for instance my beloved sister, note something here: I love her and would never touch one hair on her head even if she attacks my pride and honor) they (the lefties) always turn on the Bible as example of how violent that is as well. This argument is crushed in 1 microsecond as far as the Gospel is concerned, but then they turn on the Torah. And that is far more difficult to debate. Of course you can decent in word counts but you are then clearly on the defense. So what I would like to see (and sorry for putting requests in here) is arguments how the Torah differs from the Koran and why we do not have an equally great number of Jews and Christians compared to muslims who behead people and bomb cities with the Torah in their hands.
Sir, the quality of the video is not readable. Is here any new version that has higher resolution please?
Greetings, Dr Wood, in the NAME which is above every name,
Very excellent vid. Very Christlike tone. Very instructive.
Very convincing - even irrefutable logic.
Can only add that we have complete Mss of the Bible from before the time of the writing of Quran. These Mss, when translated into English (or into another language in a reputable translation), are essentially identical to our printed Bibles with no doctrine/teaching of Scripture being different. So, the Bible has not been corrupted since the time of Muhammed and Quran. Nor, for the logical reason you stated in your excellent vid, could it have been corrupted at any time - before Quran or since Quran.
Your excellent apologetic did not need this added tidbit and had the virtue of standing alone just based upon the clear teaching of Quran.
Additionally, it seems, to this writer - at least, that abrogation cannot resolve this Islamic Dilemma since to appeal to abrogation would undermine (i.e., abrogate) supposedly eternal truths regarding the essence, character, and nature of Allah as revealed in Quran. Imagine Allah, himself, being abrogated. So, abrogation cannot be appealed to.
Thanks for your efforts in this vid for our Lord. More like this would be very helpful and instructive for any who, like this poor seminary student, cannot currently spend much additional time outside of their seminary studies reading and digesting Quran. And may . . . .
The Lord bless thee and keep thee.
The Lord make His face shine upon thee and be gracious unto thee.
The Lord lift up His countenance upon thee and give thee Shalom (peace, success, welfare/wellbeing).
sincerely yours because of HIM,
agrammatos

The video is in 720 high definition, so the resolution problem must be in your internet connection or your Youtube settings.
In Quran 28;48 The ARABS reject the Torah!!!
The reason why these Arabs rejected the Torah was not to reject Judaism, no it was to reject Islam!
This was because Muhammad was telling the Arabs that the Torah confirmed his Quran.
Now the only Torah whose testimony Muhammad could have asked these Arabs to accept was the one that existed in the seventh century!!!
This Torah however condemns the Quran as a complete fraud from start to finish.
What these illiterate Arabs did not know was that Muhammad's claim that the Torah confirmed his Quran was bogus in the first place. There was actually no need for them to reject the Torah in order to reject the Quran.
This verse gives the lie to the Muslim contention that the Quran only claims to confirm "the Torah of Moses" or "the Torah in Heaven"
Quran 28:49 and 46:10 are equally lethal to Islam.
Dear Opinionist, Sam Shamoun has a very good video to explain what you have just asked. The beauty about the Internet these days is that you can find almost anything you want, if you looked hard enough. Here it is

God bless you brother david wood you are my teacher i learn alot form your videos keep it up God bless you
Hey David! This is indeed the Islamic dilemma. This website and others like it are equipping millions of Christians to stand in defense of the faith. More and more muslims are questioning the claims of the quran. This site is packed with jaw dropping revelations about the cult of islam and its agenda. This is a mini-university for Christains apologetics. Great work!
Thanks Dr David for this excellent video. God bless you. Keep it up.
Dr. David I wanna say a big thank you for this great video in which you revealed the truth about the truth. May God keep blessing and protecting you and your families.
excellent
I need a clarification. At 1:04 you said the son entered the creation as Jesus. But what I understood from the Bible is that Jesus existed as the word of God from the beginning and when he entered into this world as a human babay he was called the son of God. It is very clearly given in Luke 1:32,35. In John 1:18 also it talks about Jesus as the son of God in the present tense! Could you please clarify on that i.e whether Jesus existed as the son from the beginning or the Incarnate word of God is called the son of God!
JESUS:
Jesus is the incarnate word of God. I don't see many people explaining about Jesus this way. Every year we sing "Word of the father now in flesh appearing"
The father God honored his word above all his names (Psalms 138:2). None of the words of God is spoken in void. It accomplishes its purpose and returns to the father (Isaiah 55:11). During the old covenant the people drew near to such a voice speaking words that those who heard it begged that no further word be spoken to them, because they could not bear what was commanded (Hebrews 12:19,20). But in the new covenant we draw near to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24).
Jesus is the word of God who became flesh or the word of God took the form of a man and was born in Bethlehem as a baby (John 1:1-3, 14, I John 5:7; Rev 19:13). Isaiah who prophesied about the birth of Jesus has also mentioned it in Isaiah 9:6-8 (particularly verse 8). Another interesting verse in the old testament is Isaiah 48:16.
The most beautiful description of Jesus is given by Apostle John in I John 1:1,2.Job who anguished that he could not see God (Job 23:8,9) was so sure that he is going to see his redeemer one day that he wanted his words to be engraven with an iron pen and lead in the rock for ever (Job 19:23 – 27).
Jesus is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of God's being Colossians 1:15; Hebrews 1:3. That's why Jesus said whoever has seen him has seen his father. This is the reason why he is also called the son of God!
Because God created everything with his word, we also read that God created everything through Jesus (John 1:3; Hebrews 1:2; Colossians 1:16; Ephesians 3:9 – 11, I Corinthians 8:6). In II Peter 5-7, it clearly says that the world was created by God’s word and through the same word it is going to be judged. We read in John 5:22 that the father has handed over the authority to judge to Jesus!
God might have used many channels or prophets to speak his words (Exodus 20:18,19) but the ultimate essential word of God is Jesus! The word that comes out of the father God's mouth is first conceived in the thoughts of the father God. Then it is spoken out (Jeremiah 23:18,22).
Jesus was sent to this earth to fulfill all the actions in this earth decided by God. (Jesus does not do anything on his own will) John 5:19- 21; John 17:4; John 4:34; John 12:49, 50; John 6:37,38; John 5:36; John 15:10,15; John 5:17; John 6:45; Hebrews 10:7-10; John 14:10.
Father God has given authority over everything to Jesus (John 3:35; Colossians 1:16; John 5:27; John 13:3; I Peter 3:22; Ephesians 1:20 - 23) but after Jesus defeats all the enemies he will hand back the authority to father God (I Corinthians 15:24 - 26).
Because Jesus is the word of the father God, the word that comes out of the father God's mouth is first conceived in the thoughts of the father God. Then it is spoken out (Jeremiah 23:18,22). No one can know the mind of the father unless he reveals it through his words (Isaiah 48:6,7). This is also the reason why Jesus said he does not know the hour of his coming (Mark 13:32). Before saying this Jesus clearly reiterated that once the word is spoken out it will never pass away even if the heaven and the earth pass away (Mark 13:31).
Jesus, the word of the father was in an incarnate human form in this earth. This is the very reason Jesus said his father is greater than him (John 10:29). That does not make Jesus any inferior to the father God. By commonsense will anyone say that a person's word is greater or lesser than the person himself. The relationship between Jesus and the father is also similar.
any chance of getting a transcript of this excellent video?

An excellent presentation.
But, if you want Scriptural affirmation of the Trinity, why don't you throw in Galatians 4:4-6? I recall long ago and far away hearing a sermon by John Stott in London that expounded this text in showing how the persons of the Trinity cooperate in the economy of salvation.
Good day , I'm sitting here and reading about the Torah and Quran and Arabs.Your information is definately not correct, the Torah of old confirmed Islam , even the injeel, wich is the bible in original form that also confirmed islam, as well as the prophet Mohamed May peace be upon him , today you may read a bible , and there is no authenticity in its words , it's hear say , Mark , John , Peter , Paul etc ..., not GODS words , the Quran is directly from GOD , unchanged , unaltered and in original form , it has a chapter on mother Mary ,and mentions her more than 25 times , it's very easy to say one man came to save us , we are saved !!! And not be held accountable for our actions , if you saying we are accountable for our actions then why would it be necessary for one man to be crucified for our sins ? Think about it! And if your answer is to attain heaven, then my question would be ...what's your purpose then? , so please think a bit , God can give you heaven or hell , why would he have someone tortured , humiliated and crucified just to let you enter heaven , hello he is GOD !!! , did you know GOD has forbid People in the Quran from using live bait when fishing ? ... My point .... It causes harm to the fish used as bait , think! Using a man as bait to save more men , no sense in that hey ! Enjoy your evening gentleman
