Katy Perry Backs Down after Muslims Complain about "Dark Horse" Video

We all know that politicians, the media, Hollywood, and musicians cower before Islam. What's startling is how obvious they're making their double standards. Check out the before and after pic from Katy Perry's "Dark Horse" video. Notice something missing?

LOS ANGELES – An Islamic symbol has been removed from the online version of the Katy Perry music video for 'Dark Horse' after an online petition claimed it was offensive to the Muslim religion.

“At 01.15 into the video a man is shown being burned, whilst wearing a pendant (also burned) forming the word ‘Allah’ which is the Arabic word for God,” wrote Shazad Iqbal in a Change.org petition calling for the video to be removed from YouTube. “Such goes to show, that blasphemy is clearly conveyed in the video, since Katy Perry (who appears to be representing an opposition of God) engulfs the believer and the word God in flames.”

Over 60,000 people signed Iqbal’s petition, and apparently someone involved with the video listened. While the video has not been taken down, as the petition called for, the pendant Iqbal mentioned has now been erased.

Some say the move is off base, and that the controversy over Perry’s video spotlights a double-standard, as artists like Lady Gaga and Madonna repeatedly use Christian symbols in music videos in ways that offend some Christians.

“The image of the pendant goes by so fast it’s almost impossible to even notice. YouTube isn’t perfect, but this is ridiculous,” said Dan Gainor, VP of Business and Culture at the Media Research Center. “Just as Muslims were outraged by portrayals in ‘South Park,’ they are outraged by this. Meanwhile, Christians are criticized, abused, parodied, persecuted and worse on a daily basis in the news and entertainment media.” (Continue Reading.)

I suppose that is because Islam is the religion where people would most commonly associate the phrase "death threat" with? Speaks volumes, does it not? Before we try to convince Muslims (most of whom have indoctrinated all their lives) that their religion is violent, maybe we need to sit so called non Muslims like Mr Obama down and convince them first to stop hiding this fact.

What I find really telling, is that Muslims were more concerned with a image of the name of their god burning, rather then the image of a human being burning

Katy Perry's god, Satan, told her to "Back Off" when it comes to Islam.

Kay Perry and Muslims support the same people...lol

Have you read the majority of the Muslim comments on her video?

They are callimng Katy Perry an Illuminati B-word...now here is the odd thing about that.

Katy Perry backs and tells people to vote for and back the same people the majority of Muslims in the USA voted for and backed...lol

Soooo...does that mean that Muslims are also part of the Illuminati, since they support the same candidates, programs and politicians, that Katy Perry does?

I mean the connection is clear. Muslims in the West support the same people, programs, laws and policies, that the same people they claim to be Satanic "Illuminati" persons, like Beyonce, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna support.

Funny how no Muslims makes the connection.

Since the god of the Quran and Islam (and ancient Egypt depicted in the video) is Satan, then, in reality, that is who is being represented by the wearer of the “Allah” ornament.

But the poor Muslims who protested against the video are unaware that the god of the Quran is actually Satan and that they are unwittingly holding to and honouring the devil in the place of God.

And consequently, in protesting against the “Allah” ornament in the video, they have actually dishonoured the god of the Quran, Satan, who likes to be known as ‘Allah’ or God.

The 99 names of Allah found in the Quran (e.g. the Sovereign Lord, the all-Powerful, the Most High, the Creator 59:22-24) all reflect Satan’s description and opinion of himself and/or as he would like to be known. His desire to be like God and to be worshiped as God is all-consuming.

“How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God… I WILL MAKE MYSELF LIKE THE MOST HIGH.’ Yet you shall be brought down… to the lowest depths of the pit.” Isaiah 14:13-15

That the god of the Quran is none other than the Devil himself is easily seen in the following:

The Quran’s exhortations to conquer and subjugate all of mankind (anyone outside of Islam is a hated enemy), and by its overt commands and approval of deceit, treachery, rape, slavery, killing and stealing to this end, show it to be in complete contrast to the gospel of Jesus.

One obvious contrast is in the treatment of enemies where Jesus, the Creator of the heavens and the earth (John 1:1-14), says,

“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbour and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven… For if you [only] love those who love you, what reward do you have? Matthew 5:43-46

Also, the love of the God of the Bible is unconditional and universal...

For he makes his sun rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust Mathew 5:45

...whereas the love of the god of the Quran is conditional, and limited...

Allah does not love those who do wrong. 3:54

...to only those in Islam and who strictly follow its teachings. Allah only loves those who love him first, which is a conditional love. Allah also commands his followers to destroy unbelievers wherever they are found, by any and all means.

Allah does not love the unbelievers. 3:32

Christ on the other hand unconditionally loved sinners and kafirs and died for them, as per John 3:16.

…not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atonement for our sins. 1John 4:10

We love him because he first loved us. 1John 4:19

By means of this, and many other contrasts, the true identity of the god of Quran, i.e. Satan, is easily determined; and which also fits his profile as described by Jesus.

“He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks what is natural to him, for he a liar and the father of lies and of all that is false.” John 8:44

And by now we have all seen that there are many false things in the Quran which cannot possibly come from the God of Truth, but could only have come from the king of liars himself, Satan.

The Quran says: God guides to His light whom he will. 24:35

But the Bible warns: For Satan transforms himself into an angel of light. 2Corinthians 11:14

Wow..! Is American entertainment now have to bow down to some 'feeling offensive' muslims..? Haha... Now this shows how powerful Islam could be huh?

Imagine if christians object about all the so called anti-christ video of metal bands in youtube..? What will the reply? Simply, who cares about ur religion @ stop whinning, this is entertainment. Right..?

So, what does this mean? On 1 hand, it's muslim that is so ridiculous, but on the other, the entertainment industry is bowing down to the ridiculour... What a mess... At certain point of view, sorry, look stupid...

ASK and YOU SHALL RECEIVE. If you can bank on anything about art it is that most is complex and obscure. There are endless ways to endeavor literal and figurative interpretations and try to define first second or third person POV writing styles (which also can and DO often times change mid song or prose). Sounds more like a lot of guessing and dogmatic statements and not enough Music Video theory and Theological references. Definitely not a bad idea to JUST ASK KATY PERRY, (ahem) every single one of us could be off. Ask her what it means. Art is not ever anything less than a form of expression, and much like the cloud game you and I played on the lawn together as children, we make it about different things and suggest it to be something to each other convincing ourselves it is what we see simply because one of us had not thought of or perceived what the other did but could see it as so after it was suggested. ASK HER to identify and explain her visual and audio word painting for us. It IS her…. music. ASK THE ARTIST AND PRODUCERS to unravel this enigma; if for no other reason, ask them for the small fact that we all look at things differently. #the minutia of semiotics #a sticky web #why would Di Vinci lance off an ear #why did Michael Angelo paint celestial images #why are pencils used as a hair tie #why is a coffee table used as a foot rest #human behavior #individuality #psychology and artistic expression #sociology #world religion

THE NAME OF THE ALBUM IS PRISM: AN INSTRUMENT USED TO REFACT LIGHT!!!! SHE IS OFFERING HER TALENT TO REFRACT LIGHT.

FOR the task of conversion in pursuit of some uncertain self enlightenment and in lieu of just asking HER what her song means on twitter or her page:

Black and pale horses
And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. . . . And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. (Rev. 6:5-8)

"And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ." (Rev. 12:17)

Colors black and pale
The colors for the two end-time horses aren't seen directly here. But we do see the end-time battle against God's people, the same one seen in the third and fourth horses. The end-time people of God are mourning (black) preparing to stand, sealed, in the judgment. [POSSIBLE SONG INTERP:PLAYING WITH MAGIC CARRIES PENALTY] They realize their need and open their lives to the purifying power of God. re1406, le1629, mal0302. The color of the end-time antagonists is "pale" specifically pale green. In the Old Testament we find the Hebrew equivalent pale green in the story of the Assyrian king, Sennacherib, who surrounded Jerusalem after conquering the other cities of Judah is3601.
Under the leadership of Hezekiah, the city did not submit. God fought for them. The arrogant king was turned back and later slain at home is3738. All this is a parallel of the battle between the pale and the black horses. The following verse describes the other people God permitted Sennacherib to oppress. They were then subject to him. The wicked king tortured and oppressed his captives as if trampling pale grass. See comments table on . His arrogance led him to defy God in seeking to subjugate Jerusalem, without divine approval is3610. In Isaiah 37 is3721-32, the Lord reminds Sennacherib that He had given him the power and describes the people the evil king had taken control of.

Note 2 for verse 5,
An attitude of black
"And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand."

A few other passages help us connect the blackness with the attitude of God's people during God's end time judgment. We connect mourning with black but also with sackcloth. In interpreting, we must insist on having good biblical evidence and for some time, I have been unsatisfied with my choice. I studied the words translated "black" and those translated, "mourning.". Then I discovered that one Hebrew word that is sometimes translated black and sometimes translated mourn. Here is the passage that provides roots for our black horse.

First of all I am a proper practicing Muslim and before I start let me make it clear that everything in this entire blog is messed up and untrue! I have memorised the entire Quraan unlike you lot and I can tell you all for a fact that Islam is a religion of peace! Islam is so peaceful that a Muslim can not even harm an animal unjustly, so what makes you think islam allows you to harm humans unjustly??? I am putting a challenge to anyone that I will leave my religion of Islam if you can just point out one line that promotes terrorism , just 1 not even 2! So anyone up for it?
