How does Reza explain Jesus saying things like "You shall love your neighbor as yourself" (words that even Reza admits were spoken by Jesus)?
According to Reza, such teachings only applied to one's fellow Jews, not to foreigners. Reza claims that Jesus believed that foreigners had to be killed, in accordance with God's commands in the Old Testament.
But what happens when we read what the Old Testament actually says about foreigners in the land of Israel? Reza is once again caught deceiving his gullible readers, in a desperate attempt to make Jesus sound more like Muhammad.

In addition to the selectivity you noted, there is also Mr. Aslan's ascribing to the 1st century Jesus (and his fellow Jews of that time) selected positions set forth in Scripture several centuries before. Hebrew Scripture is not only the Pentateuch; and further one has the inter-testamental books (the Deuterocanonical books), Philo, etc. to learn what first-century Jews believed or did not believe. Finally, we know there were strong divisions among Jews in the first century. To claim they are single-minded on this topic is quite daring and requires proof.

i would like to ask you something about the program Jesus or Muhammad i would like to watch it i have looked it on the website abnsat.com and tried to watch it on live stream but i only see programs in arabic i live in the netherlands
Most ABN shows are in Arabic, so you'll have to look at the schedule for the English programs. (We'll be doing new episodes of Jesus or Muhammad January 20-22.) If you miss episodes, you can always catch them on YouTube.
