If I were to say, "We must fight those who do not believe that Jesus is Lord" or "Kill anyone who leaves Christianity," I would rightly be condemned. But Muhammad commanded his followers to "Fight those who do not believe in Allah" and to kill anyone who leaves Islam, and yet we're not allowed to so much as question his teachings.
Has our society become so incredibly stupid that we can't even recognize such blatant double standards?

The double standards have been around since the 60s, when cultural relativism made all things non-Western fad and fashionable. Islam today seems to be getting most of the kid glove treatment though, owing to an aggressive grievance mongering industry and the hyper-PC atmosphere in the Western world.
The hypocrisy of the Left contributes much to the "tolerance of intolerance" phenomenon, and is almost comical, were it not so damaging to our future.
