Politicians, the media, and Muslim organizations assure us that Muslims have no desire to establish Sharia in America. For whatever reason, some Muslims didn't get the memo.
In the end, Islam will be kicked out! Right now, Islam is having it's hay day; but, all of that will change as more people realize what true Islam is about. The rebellion against Islam will manifest itself readily. Nevertheless, my hope is always in God who is the ultimate king and savior of our world! He will mete out judgment on all of the earth and to Islam and its followers in particular. Thee is a season for everything.
Bart it's good to see you stood your ground and after all his ranting he was the one who left after telling you to leave.
However you guys shouldn't let him dominate you like that. The guy was telling you when to speak and who to speak and how to speak and where. Just talk over him like he does to you, no one should put up with bullys yo!
@derek no point just taping it all while you keep it civil and they go ranting, once posted on youtube it only vindicates the point you are trying to make. let them make themselves look bad easier to contrast if you do that
Good job. Although I would say how you spoke to that man was the correct way a Christian should speak. Maybe my aggressive side agrees with the commend by Derek Adams above I think that would be a bad way to go about it because that big angry Muslim man was just waiting for you guys to do say something aggressive and violent to him, he was baiting you guys and had his friends next to him which would have helped him to make it into some sort of racial argument.
It is always best to be peaceful with people like this especially when their already aggressive behavior is recorded to the camera.
Did the retarded Moslem realize that he is currently in a Christian country ?? US allows other religions to be practised doesn't mean you shove it through their noses. Why doesn't he go to his favourite Saudi to practise, if he wants Sharia ??
Not that I'm condoning this muslim guy, nor am I taking his side (good heavens not at all). But looking at it from his point of view, I was thinking he may have a point.
The guy's obviously a muslim and an arab. He wants to celebrate an arab/muslim festival with his cohorts. Christians decide to come and "provoke" these people so that they can share their religion with them. If it was just a celebration of arab culture, then I think he has a right to celebrate arab culture without proselytizing.
I'm looking at it from a hindu/buddhist/other perspective too. Say a bunch of tibetans were having a festival, and christians decided to preach there.
Just looking at it from a moral perspective. For argument's sake mostly.
I must say that it's weird that an old skinny white dude is wearing a Keffiyeh. Don't get me wrong. He has the right to do that. It's just that he looks a little dorky. Is that his way of trying to look cool to muslims?
I don't think the costume was necessary. I found it quite off-putting to be honest.
That being said, I found it really hypocritical that the Muslim guy told you to go back to Canada, even though as you stated, you were BORN in the USA! Would he likewise tell his muslim brothers to go back to the Middle East?
He also said that cutting your head off would put sense into your head. This is the kind of mindset that is being propagated now. And Islam is a religion of peace.
This might be a video you would want to close comments on the actual YouTube channel.
Many people are getting very angry (an anger I share as well) and obscene, and I would hate for the receptive Muslims to have their attention moved from the actions of their brother to the behavior of our own less self controlled brethren in the comments. The great patience displayed by the Christians in the video should not be wasted so that people can vent. Just an opinion.
The title of this video bring back to my mind an idea that I had a while ago. Some counterjihadist with musical talent should come up with a new version of the song "Santa Claus is coming to town", the new title being "Sharia is coming to town". The structure of the original lyrics could easily be rewritten so that it informs the listeners about various aspects of Sharia. The "You better not..." part could include a list of things that are forbidden under Sharia and other parts would make reference to the punishments under Sharia, etc. When this would be made into a Youtube video, it just might go viral and get a large number of viewers.
I find it interesting that the Muslim was upset with the head gear that Bart was wearing. But then I am reminded that Christians are forbidden under Sharia law from dressing like Muslims.
With that said I think as long as the nut cases keep showing up the well will be poisoned.
They showed up with a real pigs head on a pike with real fly buzzing around it.

Arab festival does not mean Muslim festival. Are you telling me 4th of July is Christians independent day?
I am a Muslim. I was at the Arab American Festival. All you folks see and read here is what David Wood and his team wants you to see. This man was so upset because of the underhanded behaivor, mochery, and lies on these guys part. This was suppose to be something fun for families to enjoy and they came with insults instead. They had a pigs cut-off head waving it in the air and shouting out slurs and telling everyone they're sinners and going to hell. The quran tells me not to judge anyone for He's the one that will judge among men (He knows who will enter hell or heaven). Are you the All-Knowing to know your going to Heaven? I was not suprised to see this from Christians. And they say, oh but we don't belong with them. Were not part of that group. You guys all have the same ways. You have your religion and I have mine.
briteeyes: And you have documentation of this, that Acts 17 were insulting, saying slurs and waved a pigs head? This doesn't sound like them at all, but this DOES sound EXACTLY like the typical lies and smears against Muslims use against Acts 17 and Christians (you might want to click the "dearbourne" tab above).

So, are you denying that this video took place?
I am not inclined to believe what you say because I feel like you are doing divergence to lessen the impact of this video.
By no means are Christians perfect; but, don't try to change the subject to somehow make the video less significant.
@briteeyes at this day and age there should be mobile phone cameras at least with you guys since you't can offer us any proof you are wasting your time. If you muslims did want to discredit Dr wood then it be better if you actually took a video on it and with a whole festival full of people I highly doubt you muslims would miss a chance to that.
so in reality you are the liar trying to save face
@briteeyes Actually what you are saying, your provided arguments are not very different from the hostile man's arguments. Besides, you are trying to excuse his behavior and open support for Sharia Laws in America, which was the shocking message in the video. In addition I want to respectfully note something: -If you claim mockery and lies on "these guys" part you have to mention what exact lie you refer to.
-It is a fun event for families. Ok. But this group did not insult anyone. If you mean their presence alone is an insult it does not qualify, because then you are giving any racist person a right to call any Muslim event an insult and you know there are many people like that.
-They were not the ones with the pig's head cut off.
-You say Quran teaches you not to judge people then immediately, in the next sentence you write: "I was not surprised to see this from Christians" AND "You guys all have the same ways" Those statements are judging.
-You mention Quran tells you that "He" knows who will go to heaven or hell and that people do not. But that is exactly the belief you have and Christians want to tell you about their belief that they actually can know what one person can do to have absolute assurance whether she or he will be going to heaven. We, Christians, do not claim to be "all knowing". We claim that all of the Bible is accurate Truth, and it says that a person who repents of all their sins, admits there is no way to go to heaven unless they believe in Jesus' sacrifice only then a person will be 100% assured salvation.
Your name suggests you believe in our Lord Jesus Christ and I do not doubt that, but I think with your angry all caps message which states "GET THE HELL OUTTA MY COUNTRY YOU SATANIC SPAWNS!" is not the best way, or what Jesus would have said. Do you think he would have shouted that and said that "United States is a Christian Country"
I really wish United States really were a Christian country with laws correlating with the Bible, but it is not the case and probably was not exactly the idea of the founding fathers, even though we had very strong Christian communities.
Point I am making is Christianity is an international religion for all people of the world, not an American Christianity. Not defending any sort of illegal immigration either. In all likelyhood these Arab and Muslim people at the festival are legal immigrants into our country, so we cannot tell them "get out of our country". Instead we have to support and demand various laws that encourage or require assimilation into our culture, as well as single citizenship only. Also we have to defend free speech so we can always share our religion. Most of the destruction of our values in America was historically done by various new age and atheist people, to this point, Muslims are a more recent phenomenon in USA.
The group who brought the pig's head probably wouldn't even consider Acts 17 a Christian group; they are members of the "King James Only" sect, which, true to it's name, considers all other translations not only incorrect, but Satan-inspired.
Personally, I'm glad that I don't have to consider them, if and when sharing/witnessing to anyone. They almost destroyed one evangelist's outreach to Mormons, and count on being in the forefront of things-by hurling insults, shouting near-profanities, and acting sooo hurt when anyone tries to correct them-including (dare I say) especially other Christians! They do little more than give Christianity a bad name.
Some don't accept these people as fellow believers. I'm just glad that I don't have to. Since I usually use the New American Standard Bible, (or some other more modern translation), I can count on them to reject me.

He was talking like he owns the Arabic festival!
Arab festival does not mean Muslim festival ...
He was training them to be slaves ...
I am sure if CNN were there he will say
"Welcome to Arab Festival"

They can assure you of anything. Judge everyone by their actions, and in this case actions are very expressive.
