DavidThank you so much for posting this one. And of course the Qur'an and the Haddiths all support slavery. The Islamic slave trade is horrific compared to the Europen lave trade we didn't castrate males and we had an abolishionist movent. Islam has none. Now her is a challenge for any Muslim. Name any major Muslin figure in history that was an abolishionist. You can't because you fust follow the best of examples - Mohammed the greates slave trader in human history.
I wish this report had used more honest language. To cast the conflict as one where "Arab" tribesmen from the north steal and sell humans into slavery is a false framing of the issue. It is MUSLIM Sudanese brutalizing the non-Muslims of Sudan, according to the beliefs of their ideology (Islam).Muslims are so quick to cry "Islamophobia" and call people "racist" for attributing the actions of people to Islam, yet they are so often surprising silent when a report singles out "Arabs". There are many Arab Christians/Agnostics/Atheists/etc. who do not deserve to be unfairly linked to what is being done in Sudan. Let's be accurate here. The problem in Sudan is Islam. It's about time that the world media does real service to helping the oppressed in Sudan by accurately describing who their oppressors are, and why they are doing what they are doing. It was a step in the right direction that they mentioned a man was forced to convert to Islam, but the report stops short of the truth by not directly telling the audience this is an issue of Muslims engaging in human trafficking and slavery against the non-Muslims living near to them.
And my Sudanese brothers and sisters in Christ are in my prayers.
Hi King Dr. David I just want to say you are a star, GOD is using you to shoot islam. Thanks very much for the great job you are doing. MAY GOD BE with all the time. Amen
