Abdullah al-Andalusi on Fighting Unbelievers

In this video, convert to Islam Abdullah al-Andalusi (Director of the international Muslim Debate Initiative) admits that he agrees with all of the following quotations. His only qualification is that he doesn't agree with the "spin" I put on the quotations (i.e. my commentary). For those interested in discerning Abdullah's true views, here are the quotations without my commentary.

Ibn Kathir—“Therefore all people of the world should be called to Islam. If anyone of them refuses to do so, or refuses to pay the Jizya they should be fought till they are killed.”

Ibn Taymiyyah—“Whoever has heard the summons of the Messenger of God . . . and has not responded to it must be fought.”

Shaybani—“Combat those who disbelieve in God.”

Burhanuddin Ali—“The destruction of the sword is incurred by infidels, although they be not the first aggressors.”

Averoes—“Scholars agree that all polytheists should be fought.”

Ibn Khaldun—“In the Muslim community, the holy war is a religious duty, because of the universalism of the [Muslim] mission and [the obligation to] convert everybody to Islam either by persuasion or by force.”

Ibn Abi Zayd—“Jihad is a precept of Divine institution. . . . [I]t is preferable not to begin hostilities with the enemy before having invited the latter to embrace the religion of Allah except where the enemy attacks first. They have the alternative of . . . converting to Islam or paying the poll tax, short of which war will be declared against them.”

Since Abdullah agrees with these quotations, he must also agree with Muhammad's teachings, which serve as the foundation for the Islamic claim that unbelievers must be fought. Consider the following:

Qur’an 9:29—Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the Religion of Truth, from among the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Qur’an 9:73—O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be unyielding to them; and their abode is hell, and evil is the destination.

Qur’an 9:111—Surely Allah has bought of the believers their persons and their property for this, that they shall have the garden; they fight in Allah's way, so they slay and are slain; a promise which is binding on Him in the Taurat and the Injeel and the Quran; and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? Rejoice therefore in the pledge which you have made; and that is the mighty achievement.

Qur’an 9:123—O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness; and know that Allah is with those who guard (against evil).

Qur’an 47:35—Be not weary and fainthearted, crying for peace, when ye should be uppermost: for Allah is with you, and will never put you in loss for your (good) deeds.

Sahih al-Bukhari 6924—Allah’s Messenger said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: La ilaha illallah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah), and whoever said La ilaha illahllah, Allah will save his property and his life from me.”

Sahih Muslim 30—It is reported on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah said: I have been commanded to fight against people so long as they do not declare that there is no god but Allah, and he who professed it was guaranteed the protection of his property and life on my behalf except for the right, and his affairs rest with Allah.

Now since Abdullah agrees with all of these teachings, and since these teachings are perfectly clear, why would Abdullah spend so much time trying to convince Western audiences that Islam is a religion of peace? Well, Muslims aren't just supposed to fight us. When Muslims are outnumbered by unbelievers (e.g. in the U.K. and America), they're also supposed to deceive us.

Qur'an 3:28—Let not the believers take disbelievers for their friends in preference to believers. Whoso doeth that hath no connection with Allah unless (it be) that ye but guard yourselves against them, taking (as it were) security. Allah biddeth you beware (only) of Himself. Unto Allah is the journeying.

Ibn Kathir on 3:28—Allah said next, (unless you indeed fear a danger from them) meaning, except those believers who in some areas or times fear for their safety from the disbelievers. In this case, such believers are allowed to show friendship to the disbelievers outwardly, but never inwardly. For instance, Al-Bukhari recorded that Abu Ad-Darda' said, "We smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them.'' Al-Bukhari said that Al-Hasan said, "The Tuqyah is allowed until the Day of Resurrection.''

Of course, Muslims vary widely in their knowledge of Islamic thought and in their view of when they should deceive unbelievers. This explains the diversity in the Muslim world. I find that Muslims fall into three main categories:

(1) Muslims like Osama bin Laden, who want to kill unbelievers and don't try to hide it at all.
(2) Peaceful Muslims who genuinely believe that Islam is peaceful, and therefore don't have anything to hide.
(3) Muslims like Abdullah al-Andalusi and Yahya Snow (and even entire Muslim groups, such as CAIR), who are constantly trying to deceive us.

Being aware of these differences can help us not to lump all Muslims into the same category, and not to fall for the devices of Muslims in the third category.

Hello people:
Regarding Paul Williams,of MDI,when you read him
you see:
He says over and over again
that the English Defense League is racist,anti-human rights.

Paul is really for sharia law, where non-Muslims would be discriminated. His writings show it,so are the others of MDI.The EDL has stated over and over again it is not racist,is for all races,is only against violation of human rights.

By repeating someone is racist when one is not is showing the true nature. As I said before,he will never change,I know that mentality. He thinks others won't see but if a person investigates the EDL carefully you see they are ok.It is a sad campaign of diffamation,because....he is really for Islamic law with its anti-human rights parts

His blog has been carrying on a silly campaign of being 200% against banning the Burka in France.ROBBERIES have been made in places, men dressed in burkas.THAT ALONE is enough to ban it.I told the Muslims there,it's so common sense, security reason.

The reason many Muslims make such a big deal is because they want to bully Westerners into accepting their demands, after the burka, they would demand making criticism of Islam a crime, etc. It is a pathetic mentality and they will never change, that is life, human nature.

I believe Paul Williams accepts such ideas because he actually believes Islam teaches it,so even if his nature tells him it is wrong,he will accept it,since OTHERWISE he can go to HELL.
I said that in his blog, that Muslims have a fear of HELL that makes them accept such ideas.

Regarding David Wood's threefold categorization, I wonder what percentage of Muslims in the U.S. and elsewhere are in the second category: they are peaceful and genuinely believe Islam is peaceful.

Most Muslims are perhaps one or another confused mix of the three categories.

It seems that in Europe the whole Islam debate tends to get continually mixed up with race. It's not just the Muslims disingenuously crying racism, though they know Islam is not a race. And it's not just the media always referring euphemistically to Muslim conflicts as conflicts with "Asians." It's also some of the people critical of Islam who at one moment criticize Islam, and in the next moment complain about immigrants in general, or say something about race.

The EDL seems to have been putting up a sincere struggle against confusing an Islam-critical stance with racism, and the leadership seems to be doing its best to keep any racism out of the organization.

Perhaps part of the perversity of Islam is the extent to which it mimics ethnic identity, though Islam is ideology. It imposes its ideology somewhat in the way that genes impose themselves: compulsively and unconsciously, with little regard for free will. Islam is imposed, for one thing, by violence and discrimination against unbelievers, and for another, by the mere fact of birth: being born into a Muslim family and community.

And perhaps many Muslims, whether white, black or any shade between, experience Islam almost as an ethnic identity, because there is so little choice about leaving it. The social enforcement against apostasy is often so powerful and reaches so deeply into the souls of Muslims that many of them would never even consider trying to leave. Yes, believers in every religion are often in it through birth, but one will not be killed or severely punished for leaving the other major religions. So remaining a member of the other major religions is more a matter of choice and free will than is remaining a Muslim. Thus Islam mimics ethnic identity. That is another sense in which Islam is anti-Christian. Christianity weakens blood ties in favor of free spiritual ties.

Abdullah al-Andalusi is a typical Muslim debater. A Q' was asked regarding Luke 14 after Abdullah aired his misinterpretation of it. So what did he do when asked what the context was? he refers to commentators instead of addressing the text. Asked several times to explain the context, he stubbornly kept referring to what someone said about it. Even when the passage was read for him he still would not address it directly. Now what do you suppose a Muslim would do had the roles been reversed? Would they make sure the observer(s) took note of it? I think so.
In every debate i've watched with Muslims (etc) i see the same pattern played out. Shabir Ally does this with his false Trinity reasoning. He formulateshis wrong concept of what Trinity means, then tells the audience 'this is why i reject it.' The audience, if they thought about what he just did might see he rejected hisown argument, and is telling them to reject it also! Ali Ataie tried this on in his debate with Prof. Woods. He ridiculed the 'young earth' argument then went on to say the earth is "65 million yrs old!" Did he refer to the Bible for this? No! The Quran? No! He gave no reference for his assumptions yet as is often the case, people accept it. Well heck, Muslims do this with the Quran.
Jamal Badawi, Ph.D, says this in his "Jesus in the Quran and the Bible" article;

“VIRGIN BIRTH (3:45-47) Compared with Adam (3:59), John the Baptist (19:1-9).”"Compared with!"

It seems Badawi et al, are inventing ways of misapplying the Bible and even Islamic texts.

EDL. I've been watching this one, and agree with Minoria. They are not racist. Quite often what you get is a rogue element infiltrating these groups with their own agenda which Islam exploits and the media manipulates for its own ends. So whilst the mainstream media focuses on the EDL, Islam is busy playing the situation for all it's worth.

Hello Hugh:
Thanks for your view on the EDL,God bless them.I for my part am defending Israel in another forum.

Every Christian should know some things about the conflict:

1.Israel occupied SOUTHERN LEBANON in 1982.They left in 2000(18 years later). For PEACE.Did they get it?
No.Instead HIZBULAH,terrorists financed by IRAN,stated continuously sending rockets over the border to KILL CIVILIANS.

2006:after SIX years of patience there was a 34 day war.6 years.

Israel had Jewish colonies there, occupying 15-20% of the territory. In 2006 Israel LEFT,took out its colonists. For PEACE.
Instead in the same year they elected HAMAS to power. For 2 years they were sending rockets over the border to KILL CIVILIANS.Finally Israel attacked.

Christian people, learn about the DETAILS regarding Israel, good and bad things,to NOT be manipulated by Muslims.I think many of the 700 who read the blog daily knew nothing about what I wrote. Now they know.It means alot to Jewish people to know YOU know the details, not rumours and that you support Israel.

Sorry but i'll be posting something outside the topic of this post.

But thought it might interest you to have a read.

Quote from the article:
"Muhammad’s hatred for the gecko lizard, which the prophet accused of being “an infidel and enemy of the believers.” Muslims who kill it in the first strike receive 100 “heavenly-points,” whereas those who kill it in two strikes receive only 70. More graphically, Fr. Zakaria recently examined canonical hadiths (authenticated Muslim accounts) that record Islam’s first believers eating Muhammad’s feces, marinating food in his sweat, drinking the water he gargled and spit out, and smearing his phlegm all over their faces–all to his approval...."

Pt.1 of 2. Is this idolatry?

Hadith 1:187

Narrated Abu Juhaifa:

"Allah's Apostle came to us at noon and water for ablution was brought to him. After he had performed ablution, the remaining water was taken by the people and they started smearing their bodies with it (as a blessed thing). The Prophet offered two Rakat of the Zuhr prayer and then two Rakat of the 'Asr prayer while an 'Anza (spear-headed stick) was there (as a Sutra) in front of him. Abu Musa said: The Prophet asked for a tumbler containing water and washed both his hands and face in it and then threw a mouthful of water in the tumbler and said to both of us (Abu Musa and Bilal), "Drink from the tumbler and pour some of its water on your faces and chests."

Hadith 1:188

"Narrated Ibn Shihab:

Mahmud bin Ar-Rabi' who was the person on whose face the Prophet had ejected a mouthful of water from his family's well while he was a boy, and 'Urwa (on the authority of Al-Miswar and others) who testified each other, said, "Whenever the Prophet , performed ablution, his companions were nearly fighting for the remains of the water."

"By Allah, whenever Allah's Apostle spat, the spittle would fall in the hand of one of them (i.e. the Prophet's companions) who would rub it on his face and skin; if he ordered them they would carry his orders immediately; if he performed ablution, they would struggle to take the remaining water; and when they spoke to him, they would lower their voices and would not look at his face constantly out of respect."

This is bad; wait till you read what comes next.

Poisoning the Infidels with Feces in UK and US, by Ayesha Ahmed, 14 Feb, 2008.

"Here is an excellent way to slowly poison infidels and kill them guaranteeing yourself 72 virgins, if you are in Bakery/Restaurant business . All you have to do is to collect feces and mix it with the food you are serving to the infidels. Due to the deadly B-Coli in the feces, the nasty kuffars become sick like a dog. They never know what hit them . Here are two mujahids who had been successfully doing it for a while..
Cardiff, U.K., 11th February 2008 (The Opinionator)

Two muslim shop-owners were today fined for selling chocolate cake - which had been sprinkled with human faeces.

A horrified customer ate the foul-smelling gateaux but noticed that it didn't taste or smell "quite right" and handed the cake to public health scientists.

The analysts soon established that the sweet treat was covered in faeces and legal proceedings against the shop owners were started.

Shop owners Saeed Hasmi, 25, and Syed Jan Yadgari, 23, were fined £1,500 for selling food unfit for human consumption.

The pair - who ran the Italiano Pizzeria in Roath, Cardiff - admitted the charge but did not say how the chocolate cake was contaminated.

The takeaway is a favourite with late-night revellers and students living around the takeaway close to Cardiff University.

A spokeswoman for the public health department in Cardiff City Council said: "The person who bought the cake realised it didn't taste or smell quite right so they reported it to us.

"Subsequent examination by the public analyst and national public health service laboratories confirmed the presence of faecal matter.

"There were bits of it all over the top of the cake.

"We cannot say for definite what kind of faecal matter it is, although it is very likely it was human. It would have to go through a DNA test for us to know for absolutely sure."

Hasmi and Yadgari at first denied the charge but pleaded guilty at Cardiff magistrates court before the trial.

Hasmi, of Roath, Cardiff, and Yadgari, of Adamsdown, Cardiff, were each fined £1,500 and ordered to pay £200 costs.

(Hey it is well worth the blessings they got from Allah)

The Dallas Daily News:

"A Dallas jury sentenced Behrouz Nahidmobarekeh to five years for sprinkling his own dried feces on pastries at the Fiesta Mart at Ross and Greenville avenues in East Dallas, the foreman of the jury told The Dallas Morning News that the jury had wanted to punish him especially severely because he "showed no remorse."

"(Why will he be remorseful, he was following quranic instructions to kill infidels)"

Just one from the comments section.

If you want to eat at a muslim retaurant, I suggest take a muslim with you. Let him order food while you wait outside. When the food is served you go and eat. That way you avoid being served from the special pots marked "for infidel consumption only".

TO: Chris

What kind of christian are you if you are quoting verses from old testament to say that Christianity is filled with verses of violence, i think that if u r actually a christian u dont know well ur doctrine, and about "promoting hate", he is not promoting hate, he is putting things clear which is different, if u read the bible u will see that it teaches u to be wise, and it's not very wise if u put in ur very home ppl who believes that can kill you because u don't believe in what they do. And even more Bible teaches loves but what about the love u should have for others like polytheist who goes to America to get a better life, and because of ur "non- promoting hate" speech they could be in huge troubles in the future.. or what about ppl getting tired of "muslims lacks of integration" so they start voting ultra right parties (as here in Europe is starting to happen) and ppl who has no fault at all has to pay too for this hate speech Islam has toward to everyone who is not muslim.. We are taught to have love but if u read the bible there are other things we must have too, and we are also commanded to follow the rules of our countries and if our country is against violence or hate speech we should make that be applied for the best.. I know many muslims are good ppl, i have a muslim friend myself, and ive seen she knows almost nothing about Islam, and that's the thing, if islam leaders start making clear that they are against violence against women in any way, against terrorism, against religuos facism, i think we could get alog well. The thing is that we keep seeing two speechs, one of peace 8who really belies so) and another of "peace". I don't hate muslims at all, but it's islam what really brothers me.

"I have become victorious with terror."
