December Shocker: Art Therapy Fails to Reform Muslim Terrorists!

"Free the Gitmo prisoners! They're innocent!" That's what people were chanting not too long ago. So the U.S. started releasing inmates left and right. Lo and behold, they've been popping up ever since in terrorist attacks.

So what was the government's brilliant plan to rehabilitate these violent Muslims? You guessed it. Art therapy. No, I'm not joking.

Two of the four leaders allegedly behind the al Qaeda plot to blow up a Northwest Airlines passenger jet over Detroit were released by the U.S. from the Guantanamo prison in November, 2007, according to American officials and Department of Defense documents. Al Qaeda claimed responsibility for the Northwest bombing in a Monday statement that vowed more attacks on Americans.

American officials agreed to send the two terrorists from Guantanamo to Saudi Arabia where they entered into an "art therapy rehabilitation program" and were set free, according to U.S. and Saudi officials. Read More.

It's time for the entire WEST world to just drop the word Islamophobic and start naming things with the right words.

Let's give up POLITICALLY CORRECT POLICY and start DO SOMETHING.

I'm happy the here in Romania we have only 6000 muslims, most of them Turks.

But why were they released from Guantanamo? Many have been released from there. Many that are believed to have been completely innocent. Some hold no animosity towards their torturers. Others may and may lash out.

So what can be done to prevent this type of activity? The recent events in Detroit were motivated, according to the attacker, by U.S. bombings in Yemen that did in fact kill multiple innocent people. Shouldn't we expect this sort of thing to persist as long as people in the Middle East are forced to watch the pile of corpses of Muslims continue to grow.

Don't confuse my discussion of the motivations with a claim that I think this violent reaction is justified. I do not believe that. But I do think it is worth considering the grievances and if they are legitimate I think we should correct them. We are just killing way too many people over there and we really need to stop.
